UNFORTUNATE, we booked a standard room for €100 and we found an old cubicle without air conditioning, sweating as soon as we entered, no mini bar, dwarf TV and you have to raise the blind to the top to open the window... we don't even talk about the bathroom In addition, they give us an hour for the pool area without even asking. When commenting on the situation at reception, the only solution they give us is a superior room by paying. For entering, not even the cap that is required for the pool enters, which is also charged at €3. I have traveled a lot and I had never seen this in my life, the only good thing is that it has free parking and the surroundings, otherwise I will not return even if they give it to me. La habitación muy vieja con mal olor porque el bote sifónico estaba sin tapa y tapado con precinto. La calefacción sólo por la tarde. El personal de recepción un poco antipático. Lo bueno, la piscina de agua caliente, el masaje y la comida muy muy buena.

Una vergüenza y un timo. Se anuncia como balneario y lo único termal es una cueva de 2*2 m al aire libre, con una supuesta agua termal a unos supuestos 28grados y conectada a una piscina artificial exterior. Se contrata online sin ninguna restricción de uso, pero, al llegar, y claro, después de pagar, claro, te dicen que tienes una hora de uso, a las 18 ¡en marzo, casi de noche y exterior!. Venga, somos cumplidores del horario impuesto, vamos a las 18h, y claro, la decepción al encontrarnos lo ya descrito. Vamos a recepción a exponer nuestro disgusto, y la recepcionista, la de avanzada edad, muy maleducadamente nos dice que hay que así ganar horarios, que los hace el ordenador,y que por qué hacemos caso al horario que ella misma nos ha exigido ¿cómoooooo? y se queda tan ancha.... Claro, reclamación oficial por escrito y reseñas avisando para que no piquen otros ...

Podría ser un bien en vez de un normal. El sitio es bonito, la piscina termal entre cañones también, la habitación nueva y confortable, pero..... No compensa la media pensión ya que la comida es muy regular, el vino horroroso, un sándwich por 9,5 que no es ni de 4 euros y cuidan poco los detalles importantes (No funcionaba el teléfono de la habitación y no cambiaron las sabanas de la camilla entre masajes a dos personas distintas). Escribo esto con el ánimo de que mejore la comida y la atención,l o que redundará no sólo en beneficio del huésped sino en beneficio del propioestablecimiento.
