Ramada by Wyndham Jeju City Hall

The sofa cushions were ripped, the teacup tray was chipped, the countertop was bulging, the wall lamp shade was frayed, the wall lamp itself was wobbly, the hairdryer was moldy, the bathroom door handle was coming unglued, and the wallpaper and baseboards were filthy. The TV channels listed on the guide were largely unavailable – not even CCTV4 or CNN! What a rip-off! This is what we got for a Ramada Deluxe Family Twin Room, priced at 6189 RMB for two rooms for 5 nights, which comes out to 618.98 RMB per night per room. It was incredibly cramped, rundown, and dirty, and the front desk staff were completely indifferent. The desk lamp, chair, and potted plant shown in the online pictures were nowhere to be found! When I asked to check out, they refused! Everyone, avoid this place like the plague! 🥶🥶🥶

We booked two rooms, both facing the street, and they were very noisy. The soundproofing of the hotel was also quite poor. The most outrageous thing was that the hairdryer cord in the bathroom was covered in mold. The breakfast selection wasn't great either.

It's a bit far from the New Town area. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and it takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the New Town. The hotel's environment and cleanliness are both good. Early check-in costs 10,000 KRW per hour.

Overall, it's very convenient, with a great location and good value for money. Facilities: The facilities are new and excellent. Cleanliness: Good, and the cleaning staff did a very thorough job. Thumbs up! Environment: Very good. Service: Apart from a minor fire alarm incident, the compensation process was handled very well.

The room seemed to have newly replaced facilities like the toilet seat, which was a very nice touch.
