Private Master Bedroom 3 w Bathroom in Shared Apt - 8 min walk to PATH NYC Train

Our place is a newly renovated unit in a multifamily house. We are an 8-10 minute walk from the Journal Square PATH Train Station that takes you into NYC in as little as 10 minutes. We are also under 5 minutes walk from multiple eateries and supermarkets, and a 3-5 minute walk from the Jersey City cultural street of Indian Square. Our place is newly renovated and provides you a comfortable place to relax and unwind, while still being close enough to the action and liveliness of the city. Please note this is a **NO SHOES PROPERTY**. There is a shoe rack in the lobby directly outside the entrance to the unit. Thank you! We are located on a relatively quiet tree-lined street for city/urban standards - rest assured you will be living in a central area close to the action, but will also be able to get a good night's sleep. There is free street parking on our street and surrounding streets but only for 2 hours at a time, and the city requires a permit if you park on the street overnight. We have one parking space on our property driveway that is available for booking for $5 a night, subject to availability on your dates. Please inquire if you are interested. This shared apartment has 4 private rooms available for booking, and a total of 3 full bathrooms. Max 2 guests are allowed per room. Two rooms have a dedicated or private bathroom, and two rooms share the main bathroom in the unit. If you would like to book all 4 rooms (whole unit), please inquire with me so I can work out the availability dates with you. There is a shared living room and shared full kitchen. Please be conscious that quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. Gigabyte wifi is available throughout the whole unit from Verizon.
