The post is the only place to go very seriously managed …NO BUMMS DRUG ADDICTION LOW LIFES HANGING AROUND THERE 24/7 post is reasonable and dorms are well kept daily ..a new customer every visit to Israel.thank you staff

I have been frequenting The Post JLM for years and wrote glowing reviews on their social media pages. I made a four night reservation for July 24th. Due to LOT Polish Airlines not resuming flights to Israel, I cancelled the reservations on time. Yet, The The Post JLM refuses to issue a full refund. They weren’t even amenable to crediting the four night reservation for another time slot during the year. This is no way to do business, especially to a loyal customer.

Reception very friendly and helpful with discussion regarding places to visit. food plentiful and good choices for breakfast, room a bit compact for double bed, but comfortable and convenient. Shower was hot and enjoyable . Dining area was spacious and good for interaction with other visitors. Pool table a bonus enjoyed by some people.

Helpful staff moved us from a room which opened into the courtyard and was v noisy, to a free upgrade to a gallery room which was much better. Breakfast was good. Rooms great, not the cleanest but we were there at a busy time of year and it is a hostel not a hotel! Staff wonderful.

The issues that arose include: 1. **Lack of Availability**: I inquired in advance about purchasing the "Behetzdaa" benefit and was instructed to follow certain guidelines. Subsequently, there was no response from your side, even though I tried to contact immediately. 2. **Disregard for Sabbath Observance**: I explicitly requested not to be contacted on the Sabbath, yet I received calls from you throughout the day, which disrespected my values as an observant individual. 3. **Unprofessional Reception Service**: Upon our arrival at the hotel, we had to wait a long time at the reception to receive the room. 4. **Faulty Air Conditioning – Significant Distress**: The room was unbearable. The air conditioner only operated on heating mode, and despite our complaint, we were told it could not be fixed until the next day. We were forced to sleep on an extremely hot night, sweating and suffering, with no temporary solution or minimal consideration from your side. This is a severe impact on the quality of stay and guest comfort! 5. **Broken Curtain**: Light entered the room early in the morning because the curtain did not cover the window properly and was not securely attached, making it difficult to rest adequately. 6. **Check-Out Discrepancy with Published Information**: At 10:30 AM, we were awakened by loud knocking, claiming that check-out time was 10:00 AM, even though it was clearly stated that departure time was until 11:00 AM.
