Saladin Boutique Hotel ★★★★
"The place was spotless, clean! The personnel at the front desk, specially Mr. Govar, all so friendly and helpful, day or night. The ambiance was amazing! Right on the Via Dolorosa. My wife and I loved and next time in Jerusalem, will definitely stay there. Thank you Saladin Boutique Hotel 🙏"
Dan Panorama Jerusalem Hotel ★★★★
"The bathroom was not added, it was used before."
New Capitol Hotel - Jerusalem ★★★
"Nestled right in the heart of the city yet strategically tucked away on a vibrant street near one of Jerusalem's busiest ancient gates, this hotel offers both convenience and charm. It not only maintains cleanliness standards but also provides delightful buffet breakfast and dinner options. Even though it’s located in a lively part of town, it remains a safe and welcoming place to stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem!"
Prima Park Hotel Jerusalem ★★★★
"The second time we stayed there Great location, nice team. We would recommend staying there"
Ramada Jerusalem Hotel ★★★★
"I love this hotel"
Christmas Hotel - Jerusalem ★★★
"Comfortable, ok"
City Center Jerusalem ★★★★
"The location is good, there is a pedestrian street downstairs, but remember to turn on the hot water switch."
Hotel Yehuda ★★★★
"I contacted the hotel to inquire about hosting a Shabbat Bar Mitzvah and requested a price quote for approximately 10–12 rooms. I was informed that the hotel only accommodates such events when at least 15 rooms are booked. I explained that our family would require only 10–12 rooms and that we would not need a private room for prayers. Instead of simply providing a quote or explaining the hotel's policy, the sales representative, Maura, asked where my son would be praying on Shabbat. I found this question inappropriate, intrusive, and completely unrelated to my request. I politely responded that this was a private matter and reiterated that I was only interested in receiving pricing information. After that exchange, all communication ceased. I never received a quote, a follow-up email, or even a courtesy response. As a prospective customer looking to book multiple rooms for a family celebration, I found this level of service unacceptable. What should have been a straightforward inquiry turned into an unpleasant experience characterized by intrusive questioning and a complete lack of professionalism. The fact that the hotel simply stopped responding after my reply speaks volumes about how they treat potential guests. Jerusalem offers many excellent hotels that value their customers and understand the importance of respectful communication. Based on my experience, I would not consider booking this hotel and would strongly encourage others to explore alternative venues."
Hashimi Hotel ★★★
"I stayed at this hotel expecting a top-notch experience, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. While the rooftop view was fantastic, the cleanliness of the rooms was severely lacking. Despite paying a premium price, my room was not cleaned for the first two days due to staff shortages. When cleaning was finally offered, I was too tired to have someone in my room at that time. On the third day, the room was cleaned but not thoroughly, with trash left behind and surfaces unwiped. Additionally, the hotel was noisy, and it seemed like someone was smoking nearby, which was very unpleasant. The owner explained the difficulties they are facing, but basic cleanliness and a quiet, smoke-free environment should not be compromised, especially at this price point. Overall, the view does not compensate for the lack of essential services. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience."

"Basically satisfied."
Mamilla Hotel
"It’s a modern and very sleek beautiful hotel. The employees are nice and helpful. However, the spa and gym are out of the hotel. You need to cross a bridge over the Mamilla Mall to get there but entering back, you need to ring the intercoms. The spa is very good, they give 10% off to hotel guest and the prices are very good once you convert it to dollars. The breakfast is a big buffet and is included in the stay. Overall, I would give the hotel a 4.8 star rating. We had a beautiful view of the old city. The hotel is located in the center of Jerusalem so you can get to places easily."
Herbert Samuel Jerusalem
"Very clean and tidy"
The American Colony Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World
"I relocated to Jerusalem and stayed at the Colony for about two months. The value for money of this place comes in so many different aspects, not all quantifiable! Historical building close to the Old City, breathing history and culture from every pore as all lodges here over decades. The food is sophisticated but homie, rooms status impeccable every day. And the staff. What a warm family welcome to the city and its social fabric. As a solo traveler I never felt lonely, quite the opposite as everyone willing to genuinely help. For family travelers. I saw the kindness accompanying paying attention to each family member. Magical place immersed in history, a true experience of what Jerusalem is. A HUGE thank you to each and every single one of you"
The Inbal Jerusalem
"I was very disappointed. We paid 3400 NIS for two nights, and the service was terrible. Upon arrival, I specifically asked if there was a Bet Knesset in the hotel, as this was important to us. They assured me there wasn’t one, so I had no choice but to search for one outside. It was pouring rain, and I ended up walking for hours to find a place to pray. To my shock, I later discovered that the hotel actually does have a Bet Knesset, but the staff either didn’t know or didn’t care to inform me. This lack of basic communication and consideration is unacceptable for a hotel that charges such a premium price. It left me feeling stressed, soaked, and deeply dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for thoughtful service or attention to detail"
Leonardo Plaza Hotel Jerusalem
"Very good service. Breakfast that came with the room was great. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed could have been firmer."
Dan Jerusalem Hotel
"Excellent food and clean room"
Cassia Hotel Jerusalem
"I'm very, very disappointed with this hotel. Besides a decent breakfast, I paid to be upgraded, which you should definitely never do as there's no difference. The cleanliness was very average, and the rooms absolutely do not justify the price asked, with empty or broken dispensers in the showers."
National Hotel - Jerusalem
"Love the place ❤️"
Prima Royale Hotel
"We had a good time"
Rafael Residence Boutique
"The bad: there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, only in the kitchenette / living room area. This was a big surprise as the hotel says it offers air conditioning - at the least, that's very misleading. When I asked about this, the hotel's response was "leave the door between the rooms open (we did and it didn't help). It also happened to be a heat wave while we were there, meaning the room was extra hot. The good: great location, room was clean, staff was nice, check-in and check-out couldn't have been simpler (literally pick up the key and drop it off), good shabbat policy (can check out after shabbat ends)."
Prima Kings Hotel
"I was impressed by the good location and very friendly service."
The Haneviim Court - Isrentals
King David Hotel Jerusalem
"The King David is the nicest hotel in Jerusalem. It is historic, has impeccable service, and is only handicapped by dated local customs (side eye towards the lack of a cheeseburger on the menu). We stayed for several. nights and had no major issues and would stay here again if we were to visit."
Brown Machne Yehuda
"god hotel"
Villa Brown Jerusalem, a Member of Brown Hotels
"The hotel has no parking and it is not mentioned. The spa is closed and so is the cove bar. Although, none of it is disclosed upon booking and all are described as part of the hotel facilities. Hotel is nice but overpriced and we were very disappointed with the false advertising. Breakfast was average. Jacuzzi in the room did not work. We took the “suite” which was an average room."
