Ramada Jerusalem Hotel
"I love this hotel"
Christmas Hotel - Jerusalem
"Excellent service"
Dan Panorama Jerusalem Hotel
"The bathroom was not added, it was used before."
Addar Hotel
"Horrible experience, the air conditioning wasn’t work on this weather, shower was locked, bed was horrible, Wi-Fi wasn’t working. I went to speak with reception he said there’s nothing he could do. LoI breakfast horrible, the fruits salad were from concentrate thing, one option of everything loI. I don’t recommend this hotel at all, don’t stay here if you don’t want to have a miserable experience"
Prima Park Hotel Jerusalem
"* WARNING* DO NOT BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS ON HERE. This place is a run down dump in urgent need of a full refurbishment! 4* Hotel? More like 1* Motel. The room we stayed in was filthy with stains all over carpets and blood, nails and hair under the bed sheets! The wood cladding and grout was mouldy and beds had seen more bottoms then a park bench, making them lumpy and hard. With all this in mind the staff at the desk did their best to help and offered us a refund (Which we took and ran for the hills) If you live in a mud hut this place might just do, but if not AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
St. George’s Cathedral Pilgrim Guesthouse – Jerusalem
"From arriving to departure my stay here was everything I could have wanted. The room, although basic, was more then adequate for my needs during my trip to Jerusalem. The breakfast was plenty-full and consisted of good local ingredients that set me up for the day. The old town is 10 minutes walk on way and the new town 15 mins in the opposite direction, so close to all amenities. If you want a peaceful place to enjoy your trip to Jerusalem this is it!"
The David Story Boutique
"This is not a "hotel". It is a cluster of rooms operated by the same owner. The location is really good. Service is non-existent. My room was large and comfortable. It is impossible to communicate with them via email or Whatsapp. They have no staff other than the maids who clean each morning. There is no lobby. It is basically an accomodation. It is severely understaffed and not very safe as anyone can walk in. The room has a microwave, a mini-fridge, water kettle and Nespresso machine. It is a very odd place and they only let you know the details a few hours before you arrive via a mysterious Whatsapp. Otherwise impossible to communicate with them. Whatsapp operator is rude."
The Post Hostel Jerusalem
"I have been frequenting The Post JLM for years and wrote glowing reviews on their social media pages. I made a four night reservation for July 24th. Due to LOT Polish Airlines not resuming flights to Israel, I cancelled the reservations on time. Yet, The The Post JLM refuses to issue a full refund. They weren’t even amenable to crediting the four night reservation for another time slot during the year. This is no way to do business, especially to a loyal customer."
Ibis Jerusalem City Center
"The hotel is ideally located for this boring city for a tourist, a gorgeous view of the bay, a park nearby. Terrible noise isolation, on Shabbat night, a neighbor gave us a party with dances and songs. Heard his every word clearly. The breakfasts are superb. The city of Haifa itself is uninteresting and boring, there is nothing to look at, nowhere to walk."
Choose the Perfect Jerusalem Stay for Your Travel Needs
The American Colony Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World
"There are so many unique elements of The American Colony which make it legendary and a destination everyone desires. From the moment of arrival under the lush stone arches and greeted with "Welcome back to your home", to the tranquility of the inner courtyard, the elegant and simple beauty of the decor, the refreshing verdant restaurant garden, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, everything about this home from home makes it an historic oasis."
Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem
"I went for a 5 day business/visiting trip. Staying in the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem is such a delight. This front-desk staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Amir and and Alexei and many others whose names I don't remember went out of their way to make sure my stay was wonderful. In fact, they offered to have me move down from the 8th floor to the first floor for Saturday (because I don't use the elevator on my Shabbat) The breakfast staff is awesome- as is the head of the breakfast ( a very nice man whose name escapes me). The room on the 8th floor was newly renovated and gorgeous- the room on the first floor was perfect for my Shabbat stay. Cozy and perfect. I cannot wait to come back to Jerusalem and the WA is a cherry on the top in being in the most wonderful city in the world."
Herbert Samuel Jerusalem
"Very clean and tidy"
Theatron Jerusalem Hotel & Spa MGallery Collection
"I want to share the wonderful experience we had when we stayed at the new Theatron Hotel in Jerusalem. We heard about the hotel from our friends. The new and charming boutique hotel is in the Talbieh neighborhood, and was built in a classical modern style. The staff were kind and it was clear that customer service was very important to them. They went out of their way to ensure our enjoyment and comfort. The room design is very classic with a large, comfortable and luxurious double bed, and quality bedding. Everything is very clean and they have great attention to detail. The hotel has an indoor heated pool, a lobby bar and a restaurant. Breakfast is an impressive varied buffet and it was delicious. We really enjoyed the pampering Clarins spa and pool. We were very impressed with the relaxing massage. The hotel has an adjacent and convenient parking lot. Without a doubt we will return and recommend this hotel to our friends."
SpaceART
"The hotel is small, but very convenient both in location and in terms of accommodations. It's four stops from Jerusalem Train Station on bus #18. The Old City is a 7-10-minute walk away, and Jaffa Street with its cafes and shops is a minute away. The rooms are small, and some even offer capsules, but we had a triple room with a bunk bed. The downstairs bed wasn't really a bed—it was a fold-out sofa that had seen better days. In front of it was a large TV with YouTube. We watched it lying down, without folding the sofa, because we were afraid we wouldn't be able to unfold it for sleeping. Since the hotel is located in the basement, our window was small and dirty, purely for ventilation. The room has air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a fan, a TV, another sofa, a low table, a bathroom with a shower, and several lighting options. Water from the shower leaks heavily onto the bathroom floor, so be careful! There's no closet, just a coat rack, so it's difficult to organize your things, but we managed. The hotel has a kitchen with a microwave, stove, hot and cold water dispenser, tables, and chairs—a bit cramped, but comfortable. There's a gym downstairs. There's also a small outdoor area with tables and chairs. It's cozy, with lots of modern art. Towels are exchanged upon request. Recommended for travelers who prefer the outdoors to the inside."
Brown Machne Yehuda
"god hotel"
Brown Jlm Mamilla, a Member of Brown Hotels
"One of the employees tried Allegedly stealing my cell phone. A complaint was filed with the police The hotel at this time takes no responsibility except for the matter of treatment I for sure will never go back there and will never recommend to people I love to visit this hotel Shame and disgrace"
Leonardo Boutique Jerusalem
"The location is excellent. The room was good. Breakfast was great. The matrices are not comfortable."
Hotel Yehuda
"Nice hotel, clean, comfortable and elegant. The swimming pool is beautiful and the breakfast is super stocked and also the free parking! The only sore point is the location. Very far from the historic center of Jerusalem. Not well connected by public transport. There is only one bus that goes to the center, the stop is almost a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and this bus runs every 30-40 minutes and it takes a half hour bus ride to get there. if you want to be convenient to the center this is not the right place!"
Dan Boutique Hotel Jerusalem
"What a lovely little hotel in Jerusalem, a hearty welcome and an enjoyable stay. Most comfortable and welcoming. We came after a Jerusalem wedding to stay overnight and will do so again. Rakefet of guest relations eas charming and attentive."
Notre Dame Center
"Just great"
Rafael Residence Boutique
"The bad: there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, only in the kitchenette / living room area. This was a big surprise as the hotel says it offers air conditioning - at the least, that's very misleading. When I asked about this, the hotel's response was "leave the door between the rooms open (we did and it didn't help). It also happened to be a heat wave while we were there, meaning the room was extra hot. The good: great location, room was clean, staff was nice, check-in and check-out couldn't have been simpler (literally pick up the key and drop it off), good shabbat policy (can check out after shabbat ends)."
Arthur Hotel - an Atlas Boutique Hotel
"We stayed at Arthur Hotel for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is perfectly located between the Old City and Mahane Yehuda Market, making it easy to explore Jerusalem. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Arthur Hotel is truly a hidden gem in Jerusalem."
Villa Brown Jerusalem, a Member of Brown Hotels
"We were greeted so warmly and appreciated the tea and sweets in the lobby. The architecture inside and out was beautiful including the terrace. Our room was comfortable and clean Each breakfast was generous and delicious with appetizers , pastry basket and choice of hot dish. Hotel was a 20 minute walk to old city and steps from shopping on Ben Yehuda. Front desk was very helpful. We can’t wait to return."
Bezalel Hotel - an Atlas Boutique Hotel
"The hotel staff did their outmost to make our stay perfect. We had great rooms. The happy hour every afternoon is very special. We had help with dinner reservations. We had a great time. Also the hotel location is great. Most places in city center are within walking distance."
