The service is totally not up to par with a hotel of this price range. It was raining heavily and the room was not available until after 3 o'clock. Then the room card was wrong. The shuttle bus dropped us off and left immediately without any guidance. The check-in service is completely incomparable to other large resort hotels. Then we contacted the front desk to change the room card, and we were directly made to wait in the rain for half an hour. We were all soaked. The hotel didn't say anything. I don't know what happened to the room card. We had to change it twice before we could open the door. When we got to the room, the hygiene was also very poor. It was not cleaned carefully at all. There were a lot of empty bottles that were not picked up. I don't know how this hotel cleans. Anyway, the service was just perfunctory. The minibar was also empty. I was in no mood to appreciate such a beautiful view. In addition, the room was not connected to the front desk's phone and had to rely on WeChat to contact the butler service. It was very inconvenient. Sometimes the reply to the message was very slow. This is the first time I have stayed in a resort hotel with such poor service and room facilities at a price of about 2,000 yuan.

The room is large and has a large terrace, facing the green lake and several tree-lined islands, which is very comfortable and the scenery is very beautiful. Living in this hotel is suitable for both quiet and active activities, with a variety of water sports and parent-child activities. The whole family had a time-travelling costume experience. Everyone left with deep and beautiful memories. Then we rode the cooperative bicycles around the park together, slowly riding around the park, watching the sunset, the green garden, and the beautiful scenery of lakes and mountains.
