The service here was top-notch. We did have a few problems though. The A/C doesn't allow you to go below 20C and there was no notice directing you not to do that. If you try to set the thermostat below, it just won't turn on. There was also a fake eyelash on the floor near the bed. Makes you question how clean the rest of the room is. Overall, it was a good experience and the customer service helped compensate for the other shortfalls.

The reason why I picked this hotel is because of the location that is right at the center of Jiangmen. Parks, museums, mall surrounding this place as well ad tons of great attractions and restaurants.
Great grand reception and 5 star services and smile from all fellows among the hotel. Lovel!y
Nice indoor swimming, but PLEASE a warmer water would be much more family friendly. Thank you.

the rooms are tidy and clean. we like the welcome fruits very much. the foods of the breakfast buffet are very good and we are provided with many choices. Overall, our living experience in the hotel is remarkable. Thank you.

My stay at Wanda Hotel was exceptional, largely thanks to Jack Huang. His hospitality was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure we were okay and felt incredibly welcomed, just like at home. After a long flight from Canada we felt extremely tired but had a very nice sleep in the room. This high standard was reflected across the entire hotel. Out room was impeccably clean, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay in Jiangmen.
