Yongli Hotel

The hotel is very new, the facilities are complete, and the breakfast is rich in variety. The only drawback is that the sound insulation effect is not very good. You can vaguely hear the voices in the next room, but the overall value for money is good.

I checked in at around 2 a.m. on weekends and started calling at 11 a.m. to try to check out at 2 a.m. After 3 minutes of being bombarded with calls, the store clerk called my cell phone number directly, and then my aunt called me. Room door, I was drying my hair and didn't hear it. Finally, when I checked out seven or eight minutes later and went to the front desk, I was scolded by the front desk staff. It's really bad. There is no worse experience than this. The customer service staff used by such a high-end hotel are really bad and there is nothing high-end at all. I have contacted the head office and will not arrange fixed accommodation and meals for my next business trip. Not worthy.

設備挺新，面積很大，乾淨整潔，早飯不錯，就是中餐廳面向商務宴請，6層包間太大，普通住客吃個飯得去2層，菜品確實不錯，有的前台人員過於冷淡，多一句話不説，很高冷，可能我們不是商務人士吧，還有電梯，四部有兩部到不了B1，得去1層轉一下，特別麻煩

優點：房間面積大，房內裝修新，設備齊全，打掃得也比較乾淨。樓層和採光好。浴室面積大，浴缸挺大。洗浴用品雖然不是大牌，但香味挺好聞。早餐豐富。價格實惠，性價比高。叫外賣很方便，會有機器人送上樓。 缺點：電梯比較陳舊，和酒店開業年份不符。房間小冰箱不製冷。電視機屏幕較小。贈送的飲用水很少。早餐雖然豐富但用餐時間範圍衹有兩個半小時。

非常滿意的入住體驗，有智能的配套設施包括多模式燈光、語音助手、智能衞生間等。房型格局大氣，化粧鏡落地鏡都有，睡眠體驗也很舒適。早餐必選，中西菜系都有。期待下次入住。
