服務：老闆人挺好的，很熱情，位置就在古城裡好找，免費的停車場有一點距離還算方便，晚上游古城十分方便挺好的。晚上也安靜。

説實話是我住過最憋屈的酒店之一。我定的是舒適大床房，在酒店頂層。
第一，房間旁邊就有一個水泵，任何房間衹要開熱水，水泵就嗡嗡作響，在我房間內都能感覺到牆在震動。極其影響休息。
第二，衞生間有一衹大老鼠。
第三，門鎖是壞的，鎖上後在外面一擰就開。
第四，房間缺東少西，沒有熱水壺，沒有電蚊香，給老闆要一個電蚊香，結果發現接觸不良不能用。
第五，房間燈光昏暗，還是紅色中式燈籠，附上圖大家看。
因為在建水玩了一整天到酒店已經六點以後不能取消了，老闆説要換房間衹能加錢。我承認我貪便宜住的你最便宜的房間，但是這個房間叫舒適大床房，哪裡舒適了？連起碼的安全和衞生都做不到。這不是最基本的嗎？如果有一些缺陷所以低價，難道不應該提前説明嗎？
好在老闆態度還可以吧，但仍然不吐不快，也希望老闆能有所改善
