酒店非常好 ， 設施完善，充滿藝術氣息， 感覺現在國內的酒店真的是越來越棒了 ， 很少寫評價 ， 忍不住給大家推薦 ， 西塘最好的酒店，沒有之一 ！ 離景區也很近 ， 走路幾分鐘，以後應該也還會再來 。

從停車場下車開始，就充滿了儀式感，逐級而上，到達酒店lobby， 可以説目之所及，路之盡頭，都會被精心的安排了藝術品，彷彿在逛一個有品位的美術館👍

這真的是我住過這個價位體驗最好的酒店啦！
從你入住就開始給你一整天都安排得明明白白，午飯、品茶、酒店內藝術品導覽（有很多藝術家的作品）、贈送旅拍、晚餐、頌缽體驗、鹽屋體驗、酒吧歡迎酒水，節奏也很好不會累着，第二天早上吃完早餐還能去泳池打個卡，退完房再去對面的生態園區吸個氧，這個週末真的是充實又充電，當然也很出片~

總體還可以，硬件條件非常好，餐食材料很新鮮，但感覺作為一家高價酒店，服務專業性還有待提升，熱情有餘但感覺細緻專業不足。早上碰上了早飯人太多要排隊的情況，坦白講也是住酒店碰到的頭一遭了，確實影響體驗感。

酒店就在西塘古鎮邊上。屬於日式風格，走廊裏燈光很昏暗。酒店裡麪的服務人員態度好，有問必答。房間裏面的飲用水很充足，大約有六七瓶。拖鞋和紙巾等質量都比較好。唯一不足就是標識不太清楚，晚上從西塘走回酒店，導航顯示就在附近，但由於沒有路燈和指示牌，在原地繞了好久才找到入口。

環境很好，設計很出彩，體驗感真的很差，所謂的管家式服務基本都是微信預約溝通，酒店標識性很差，去哪全靠問，書吧自己看書，沒有服務，茶室沒有服務，基本都是空着，客人自己坐一下拍照打卡用。浴缸的水是熱的，淋浴水怎麼調都是冷的，空調熱，孩子夜裡睡覺被熱的踢床，早餐就更差了，人滿為患，早餐分3個時段，我們預約了9:30到10:30人流量少的，（被告知8:30到9:30人多，紅色）但還是沒有位置，坐在暗蛐蛐的角落，三個人兩個位擠在一起，真的瞬間沒有食慾，放棄早餐沒吃，走出來的時候還有客人站門口排隊，被告知沒有位置……確定這是度假酒店？

住: 設施完善，乾淨衞生舒適！
食:中餐廳，有機小廚房，早餐，都很不錯，食材新鮮，吃着放心。
服務: 細緻周到，有求必應，打掃衞生的阿姨看到我大姨媽來了，就主動送上安睡褲，紅糖。早餐抱着孩子，服務人員會主動幫助送餐。
親子: 有一個室內蒙氏的小童樂園，地方不算大。酒店對面有一個有機農場，天氣不是太熱，轉轉蠻好的。農場有法式莊園的感覺~
