The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a convenient and accessible location, just slightly away (a short walk) from the main thoroughfare so it was peaceful. We will not hesitate to stay here again :)"

The receptionist, Zhou Yan, was very friendly and quickly processed my check-in. Ms. Yin from the guest service team was always responsive and helped me extend my stay. Although there was a slight hiccup, Manager Dai upgraded me to a suite, and the service was excellent—I was very satisfied! The young man who helped me with the room change, Wang Peng, was also very handsome. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-lit, with a large bathtub. I highly recommend it to my friends; it's a very cost-effective hotel."

Yunlan Bay Shuanglian Hot Spring Resort

"We were very happy with the room; it was spacious, and the front desk upgraded us from another hotel. The room even had a hot spring bath, and the bed was huge. The only downside was that the TV didn't work – no signal, and cable TV wasn't working either. We called for a repair, but they couldn't fix it on the spot and said they'd need to escalate it to engineering. Since it was already very late, we just told them to forget about it. It makes you wonder why the TVs aren't checked regularly. How could it not work? My kids couldn't even watch TV, so they ended up watching their iPads. Dining at the hotel's Rumengyuan restaurant was also a frustrating experience. One of the female servers had a bad attitude. We ordered an extra dish, but by the time we finished all our other food, it still hadn't arrived. We reminded her two or three times, and she kept saying it was a slow dish and would take time. We couldn't cancel it because she claimed it was already cooking and would be ready in five minutes. I timed her, and after five minutes, it still wasn't ready. In the end, we just paid and left without the dish."

The location is excellent, right within the Xitang scenic area and quite central. Although it's close to the bar street, it's surprisingly quiet, so the soundproofing is pretty good. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. For families traveling with pets, this place is incredibly accommodating! You can bring your pets, and there's no cleaning fee. The room even has a small patio; while not huge, it's perfect for a little dog to wander around in."

"Although there are two Holiday Inns near my home, I have never been in them. This time I booked the Holiday Inn that is closer to Xitang Ancient Town. The facilities are complete, clean and environmentally friendly. The service is warm and thoughtful. The TOTO smart toilet is comfortable to use, the bathtub is large and new, and it is comfortable to take a bath 🛀🏻. I am too lazy to go to the swimming pool, and my swimsuit is useless. The room is large and transparent. Jiashan has very good road construction. The speed of buses is comparable to that of private cars. The drivers are all speed experts. When prompted by Gaode Map, they often estimate the time more than twice. Jiashan actually has free bus hours, and green travel is at the forefront."
