The room is very big, the breakfast is also very rich, and the courtyard has a private hot spring, which is very comfortable.

When I drove to the hotel entrance on the day of check-in, there were no service staff or security personnel. I took a cart of luggage and entered the hotel lobby. After that, there was no one at the front desk to receive me, and I was at a loss. Finally someone came to greet us, and we went to the booked room. The door lock was broken, so we had to change rooms. The room is big, good reviews. The breakfast review is bad, just like the express hotel does not live up to the 4 stars given by Ctrip. Maybe it's because of the Chinese New Year that there really isn't much service. The most important thing is that the delivery guys can enter the hotel freely. There are no security measures. The hotel also does not offer lunch or dinner. I really don't know how Ctrip can give it four stars. well. I hope Ctrip will pay more attention in the future. Please keep a close eye on us.

The breakfast was also rich enough and the waiters were enthusiastic and patient. They even said that if we didn't have time to go over to eat, they could pack the food for us in the room. This is the first time I've come across a hotel that cares so much about its guests.

We decided to go to the hot springs at midnight and arrived after 8pm. They unexpectedly upgraded us to a villa room with a private pool and hot springs in the courtyard. I recommend the hot springs, as the pool takes a long time to drain, while the hot springs can be soaked in 40 minutes. The room was large and you could even have tea and play cards. The service was very attentive and the housekeeper replied to my WeChat messages almost instantly.

The waiter's attitude was super good. There were welcome fruits and snacks. They took the initiative to help with the luggage. The courtyard-style bridge and flowing water were very comfortable for taking a bath in the room. I will stay there again next time.
