服務總體不錯，拉羣代買門票，阿姨來接，提前入住。訂的房間二樓臨水，風景不錯。就是一打開房間門下樓的時候，樓梯很陡，且外面一股發黴的味道，味道很難聞。民宿的話衞生的確沒法很好保障。主要景是真不錯。小插曲，次日醒來頭疼的不行。大約是跟西塘無緣。上次來西塘是直接重感冒，這次是頭疼。

很意外也很驚喜那麼多民宿選中了這個剛進去狹窄的走道和樓梯上樓後房間也不算大 loft 裝修看着蠻時尚實際不可推敲的細節但是都剛剛好床品還算舒服淋雨除了熱水慢點其他都好還有衞洗麗其實真的很不錯了關鍵這個露台**的 100分裏70分給露台很舒服曬太陽看日落老闆阿姨人也很好這個房間住四人性價比就出來了非常推薦

來過西塘三次，住的是不同的民宿，這家是一定不會再次選擇的，服務在住過的眾多民宿中是最冷淡的，老闆主動性為0:加上微信後不會和其它老闆一樣問你幾點來，給你發就近的停車場，也不會主動説來接你，我們到了自力更生拖着行李找路（導航有偏差）找不到路給她發微信也是寥寥數語回覆，打語音兩次不接（文字倒是會回）也不説為啥不接，大熱天的找不到路就你自己急，後來還是靠自己找到了。另外浴巾是一次性的，不習慣的人要注意了。#服務否
