Great location in downtown with convenient shops and restaurants around. Plus a beautiful park just in front. Very good breakfast with Chinese dishes and local noddles cooked at the moment. Clean and comfortable. Large room, warm in winter even with -7 outside. Professional staff and special thanks to the GM that speak English for his help and suggestion.

I was showering when I found a condom in the tub. It was disgusting. I called the front desk. They didn't do anything except change my room. They said the manager would contact me the next day. They didn't contact me until the next evening. This is a 4-star hotel. It's disgusting. This is a health and hygiene issue. I wonder if there are STDs. I will never stay at any Yifei hotel again.

The evening front desk service was very friendly and they even upgraded me to a family room. It was very cozy and my kids loved it, rushing to sleep in. It was so delicious, yum yum. The only downside was that the breakfast wasn't particularly good. I arrived at 9:00, and there wasn't much to eat. Before 10:00, someone knocked on the door and said they were checking out. 🙈 I was surprised. This was the first time I've encountered this. The front desk staff was talking to themselves during check-out in the morning and ignored me. I hope this can be corrected.
