We were upgraded from a windowless room to a king-size bed with a window. Thank you very much to the lady at the front desk, who must be the security guard! It's also very welcoming. The room is small and it's very crowded with two luggages. But after all, the room price is very cheap. I think it's pretty good. The sanitation is very clean.
