The location is superb! It's incredibly close to Jiaxing Station and right next to South Lake, making the South Lake Scenic Area easily accessible on foot. The hotel's design beautifully incorporates the lake into its landscape, and with a nearby pagoda in view, every turn within the property offers a new, picturesque scene. Dining options are excellent. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including many distinctive local snacks. The Chinese restaurant's dishes are also delicious, and the portions are very generous. The rooms are very spacious, bright, and clean. Our upgraded suite even featured a lovely small balcony. There are also numerous comfortable lounging areas along the paths leading to the rooms. The service is exceptionally thoughtful and meticulous. All staff members are incredibly warm, friendly, and proactive in offering assistance. The hotel's internal shuttle service is very prompt, and they consistently go above and beyond to meet guests' needs. Overall, my stay experience was absolutely fantastic, and a significant portion of this wonderful experience can be attributed to the truly outstanding and attentive service.

A superb value hotel. Highly recommended. Newly renovated, the hotel is stylish and refined. Even during the May Day holiday, the prices were acceptable. The hotel is quite spacious, which helped disperse the crowds, so it never felt noisy. The business twin room, at 40 square meters, is generously sized and very comfortable. The garden outside the gym is also quite beautiful. Cross the bridge directly opposite the hotel, and in about 5 minutes, you'll reach Haogu Pagoda. Climbing the pagoda offers panoramic views of the entire South Lake. There's a beautiful greenway around South Lake, with weeping willows and clear blue waters, making for a very pleasant stroll. Turning right from the hotel, a 10-minute walk brings you to the Zicheng Ruins, with the Grand Cathedral right next door. A tram station is conveniently located by the cathedral. Xiexi Street is located behind the hotel, and a 15-minute walk will bring you to the famous Shaomai eateries there. Just to the right of the hotel, there's an ice cream shop. Their pecan ice cream is delicious, and their lemon-chili flavored ice cream is surprisingly amazing. Also nearby are a Wufangzhai specialty store and a cozy cat cafe. The hotel breakfast, priced at a very reasonable 38 RMB per person, offers great value. It includes live cooking stations for noodles and wontons, as well as fruit salads, freshly brewed coffee, and kid-friendly options like cereal and yogurt. Yuehe Street is also within easy reach. Hotel parking is free, and there are ample spaces, even during long holidays. Overall, highly recommended!

A friend recommended this hotel for a one-night stay, and it was perfect for taking the kids out. First, the hotel is right inside Nanhu Tiandi; just park your car and take the elevator. It's very convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing, especially now that the weather is hot, enjoying the night view in the evening is a great experience. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Secondly, the hotel provides complimentary qipao and hanfu clothing, as well as its own garden, just out the back door—it's photogenic. Taking photos yourself at the hotel is definitely enough. Since we were traveling with our mothers, we wanted to give them a unique experience, so we booked a photographer and makeup artist on the hotel's recommendation. They were both fantastic! The communication was smooth, the staff were friendly, and most importantly, the photography and makeup skills were top-notch. The mothers were all very satisfied. Since we made a last-minute decision, we didn't bring any clothes, as there aren't many styles or sizes here. If you need any, you can bring your own clothes, and that would be perfect.

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the second time that I’ve stayed here and if I come to Jiaxing again, I would stay here again. Breakfast is very good, room is spacious and clean. Perfect place to choose if you come for a business trip.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is opposite the Catholic Church and Zicheng Heritage Park. There is a tram stop a few hundred meters away. It is very close to Nanhu Lake and Yuehe Old Street. The staff service is very good. The receptionist who received us was Miss Ai, who was very skilled and enthusiastic. The room is very spacious, and the distance from the end of the bed to the TV is obviously larger than in ordinary rooms. What surprised me most was that the room was brightly lit, unlike many hotel rooms where the lights are always dim. The rooms are not well soundproofed, but this is a common problem in hotels. Fruit plate and milk are delivered to the room every day. Breakfast is in the revolving restaurant on the top floor. The view is very good. The breakfast quality is average, but the variety is rich. I like the pasta stall best. The breakfast was replenished very quickly, but I was confused as to why the bread was served cold. I suggested heating it up. The service attitude of the restaurant staff is very good. Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel. If I come to Jiaxing again, I would stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located, offering beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities and services. It's very close to the Jiaxing Sports Center Stadium, and I was able to reach the Jiaxing stop while staying there to watch Bibi Zhou's tour. It's also very convenient for exploring the city, and the experience was fantastic. Recommended.

We will contact and inform the parking method and video in advance. There are not many direct people from our high-speed rail directly checked in. It is very efficient and has a good attitude. The room was spacious and clean, the traditional Chinese decoration, the large floor-to-ceiling windows were very bright and breathable, and the weather was too hot when the air conditioner was very strong. After a break, I set off full of vitality. In the middle of the night, I found that the toilet paper was gone. I asked the front desk girl to send it directly. It was very intimate. The traffic location is very good, basically it is very convenient to go anywhere, and the surrounding green environment is also very good. Next time I come to Jiaxing, I will consider living here, very good.

A must-stay in Jiaxing is Yuehe Inn, nestled in the Yuehe Historic District. Nestled amidst the bustle, Yuehe Inn offers tranquility amidst the bustle. Small bridges, flowing water, and homes evoke the uniquely graceful beauty and tranquil atmosphere of the Jiangnan region. Xiaoguo, the front desk clerk, was warm and attentive. She upgraded me to a junior suite due to a noisy water pump near my room. The ivy in the Yue Building is vibrant and full of life. The hotel offers a restaurant and coffee/tea room, perfect for a leisurely stay. I'll definitely return to stay here when the mist and rain fall.
