一如既往地“如家”。酒店是剛開業不久的，但沒裝修氣味，可想用的材料很好，風格自然親和；房間佈置整潔合理，床上用品乾淨衞生；房間整理打掃的也很到位；地理優勢突出，離高鐵站徒步衹要10來分鐘；服務也不錯。

房間還可以，停車場車位比較多，免費停車。前台服務專業，會員還幫忙免費升級，房間窗户大，都是明窗，化粧鏡也是帶燈光的。早餐菜品味道好，種類多。位置便利，周圍吃的也比較多。交通十分方便。
酒店整體入住感受特別滿意。前台提供行李免費寄存，叫醒服務。服務效率高。房間內乾淨整潔，床高低合適，空間大。餐廳衞生乾淨吃起來很放心。企業微信還會每天推送優惠卷，性價比很高，經常來
前台服務態度好，免費提供購物袋，交通地圖。房間內採光很好，電視屏幕大 清晰度也高。還支持一鍵投屏。窗簾遮光性好，智能馬桶體驗感滿分。早餐品種很多，應有盡有，餐廳阿姨主動性強。
服務效率高，需要一次性刮鬍刀，馬上送來。房間面積大 通風效果不錯。被子柔軟 睡的很舒服，空調效果強，很快達到理想的温度 手機信號強，免費WiFi，早餐口味很多，吃的選擇性強。

我第一次給酒店差評，酒店煙味很重，服務很差，上崗前培訓了嗎?我一年一半時間住酒店第一次如此生氣，2月27號住的，28號退房，中午吃飯前台寄存一下行李，走的時候以為同事幫我取了，然後就走了，一直以為在同事車裡，同事以為在另一個車裡，然後昨天2號發現都沒有，就回想在酒店寄存沒拿，然後打電話問酒店，酒店説有，我説你們不打話問問行李在酒店什麼時候取呢，酒店回答是，你們自己寄存了，我們衹會保管，意思就是拿不拿是你的問題，昨日濟南大雪，今天來取 取的時候我問服務員説你們咋不問問呢，服務員推卸責任問誰給你存的，肯定不是我，又説了一遍行李是你自己存的，跟我們沒關係，我説你們3天了難道不知道問問嗎，不知道房間號?不知道有電話?定房的時候不是留了嗎，酒店主體意思就是我自己存的我自己沒取，我的問題，這就是如家連鎖酒店的服務，經營理念!我真的頭一次聽説這樣的解釋，我生氣原因就是我昨天打電話已經把訴求説了.今天去還是如此的解釋，都是顧客問題，自己存了，自己沒取!

房間出預期的好，面積夠大，安靜整潔衞生，隔音效果好。尤其是床非常舒服，軟硬適中。交通方便，距離火車站非常近，出門不遠就有公交車，二樓有餐廳，街道對面有飯店。

環境：挺隔音的，房間佈局看着也舒適，機器人也很可愛，開窗通風會聽見樓底行車聲音，但不算吵，關窗後很安靜

酒店位置優越、交通便利，距離火車站、公交站和老商埠極近，旁邊就是膠濟鐵路博物館和北洋大戲院，還有很多歷史建築，方便city walk。設施很新，裝修風格時尚，乾淨衞生，安全舒適，智能化程度高，而且含早餐、有自助洗衣房。服務人員態度親切友善。綜上所述，性價比很高，滿分推薦！

發現一家新開業酒店，如家NEO-濟南火車站店！出來濟南站的出站口，馬路斜對過就到了，住宿體驗超級棒！房間乾淨，整潔，舒適，床墊都是夢百合品牌，睡得太舒服了，一覺到天亮。衞生間乾濕分離，洗浴用品品質高，隔音非常好，都是實牆和雙窗玻璃，一打開窗户就能看到北洋大劇院。酒店把電話取消改成一鍵呼叫的小按鈕，非常棒！酒店前台小姐姐的服務也很好，帶着上去看房間，介紹周邊美食與景點。交通方便，離景區和商場都很近。這次真的是選對了，還送了如家4.0特色的伴手禮，下次再來濟南，還會去這家酒店入住！強烈推薦！祝生意興隆！
