The room faces the sun, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, very bright Facilities: Complete Sanitation: Very clean Environment: Quiet, good sound insulation, almost no sound from outside (if it is noisy, you will not miss breakfast on the first night 😅 and oversleep 😭) Service: Warm and polite, smiling, answering all questions and responding to all requests. The service staff you meet in the public areas will take the initiative to say hello. When checking out, they also gave us snacks and drinks to eat on the way, which was so thoughtful! The breakfast was so delicious! Jinan’s special snacks are all available! There is also a wide variety of other Chinese and Western delicacies. I ate too much😭 I will choose your restaurant next time I come to Jinan!!

I have stayed at the Health Licheng Hotel many times, and every experience makes me feel very satisfied. Especially the hotel butler Xiao Ren, the service is really great! From the warm reception at check-in to the attentive care during my stay, Xiao Ren always meets my needs at the first opportunity. The room is clean and comfortable with complete facilities. The dining options are also noteworthy, with a wide variety of food. Whether it is a morning greeting or helping others, Xiao Ren can do it in every possible way. His professionalism and enthusiasm made me feel the warmth of home during my trip. This kind of service makes me willing to choose here again and again.

這家店的設施和衞生都讓人滿意，環境也很好。 早餐必須好評，早餐豐富中餐西餐都棒棒噠，位置一流，寬厚巷子就在酒店對面，解放閣，黑虎泉，趵突泉，大明湖都在2公里以內，以後去濟南必住的酒店已收藏。

又一次選擇麗呈酒店，第一次是為了孩子，提前入住的體驗就不錯，所以這次還是選了這兒。不過第二次入住出了點小狀況，可能因為節假日，酒店沒有及時響應我的要求。但發現問題後，管家小任迅速處理，馬上幫忙升級了房間。雖説這是家國營酒店，可處理問題時完全是以人為本，服務貼心到位，讓人心裏舒服。整體住下來依舊滿意，方方面面都能感受到用心 ，推薦給大家。所以，有問題就找酒店管家。一定能讓你滿意！

該酒店住的非常舒服，房間乾淨整潔，位置優越，酒店對面就是寬厚裏。距離各個景點都很近（大明湖、超然樓、解放閣等）騎共享單車也就是5分鐘左右。尤其是酒店的早點非常好吃，即有山東特色的美食，也有中餐和西餐的美食，味道真是一級棒👍服務也好，還有歡迎水果，和離店的小禮物。最重要的是有一個超大的停車場🅿️，對自駕遊的遊客來説太方便啦！值得推薦給來濟南的朋友們！

設施：非常棒，孩子們很喜歡！老二尤其喜歡帳篷、老大喜歡籃筐！可愛牙具！尤其牙刷太漂亮了！可愛的米奇床頭！老二都不想走了！ 衞生：衞生還是很不錯！！非常整潔！ 環境：窗外就是大明湖和超然樓！！！特別漂亮！！！酒店對面就是寬厚裏！還有世貿廣場！！！太便捷了！！！ 服務：從大堂到早上自助早餐，都很親切！早餐很豐盛！孩子們很開心！！！以後濟南這就是首選了！！！
