首先，辦理入住時前台人員讓掃碼，也不告知是幹什麼用，問其原因也沒有明確告知；還問第二天具體幾點退房，問了兩三遍具體時間，給人感覺很不好。一進門房間床上有頭髮，房間窗户漏風，不是很暖和。還有枕頭套是柏曼酒店的，入住的是全季。

濟南長途汽車總站全季酒店位置優越交通便利，地鐵站出門幾分鐘就走到了。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住得很舒服。前台曉楠服務很好，熱情。酒店早餐也很不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高，值得推薦

交通位置尚可，距離去濟南站和濟南西站都挺方便，去景區也不是很遠。
周邊環境安靜，靠馬路邊可能會有一點車聲，但到了晚上就很安靜。環境也是標準的，適合想在濟南及周邊城市旅遊時選擇居住。

和朋友出遊，一直選擇全季。房間很大，整潔乾淨。工作人員熱情，服務也非常到位，對於我們的需求也能及時的滿足，還收到了暖心的水果。另外，酒店周邊也非常便捷，滴滴到景區大概十多分鐘。

周邊的交通便捷。環境不嘈雜。房間比較寬敞，隔音效果好。床比較舒服，軟硬適中，尤其是被子薄厚很合適，開着空調温度適宜。早餐的選擇也挺多的，品質還不錯，綜合性價比還是不錯的
