The environment is very comfortable, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. Going downstairs is the road. It is very fast to take a taxi. The lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic to share with us the food and places to play in Banna. I recommend it and recommend it to friends next time.

酒店服務人員態度好，房間還可以，周邊環境很熱鬧挨着江邊夜市，離曼聽公園也不遠，但晚上很吵，睡眠不好的就不用考慮，還有早餐差了點，由於是三家酒店在同一棟樓裏電梯很慢，最方便的是酒店門口有出租電動車的，在版納旅遊很方便近處不要開車租個小電動能跑一天還不堵車。習慣好評。

接機接站服務特別好，酒店內環境也不錯，都沒住夠，乾淨，早餐不錯，退房時還有小禮物，特別貼心，晚上還可以看夜景特別好，整體來説非常滿意哦

環境、服務、自助早餐都很棒，酒店有接機服務但是需要提前預約，設施也很好，窗簾都是自動的，馬桶和淋浴是分開的，空間分佈真的很棒，就很温馨

諮詢預訂和停車問題的時候前台態度有點不耐煩，飄窗上用手一摸一層灰，洗手盆膠條黴斑發黃，鏡子上全是水漬、泡沫印子，看起來哪都是臟臟的，感覺非常不好，打掃衞生長點心吧
洗衣房晚上八點鐘以後不能用的，這三家連在一起的酒店：喆家、喆·啡、美豪，根本就是同一家，樓層通用，對比其它住客的評價房型裝修都一樣，一個三百多一個五百多，旅遊城市能坑就坑嗎？

第一次去版納，然後想找個交通便利，安全衞生乾淨的酒店，在網上找了很多，看這家酒店評價不錯，果斷預訂了。入住後發現真的不錯，樓下風景超級好看，酒店旁邊就是曼聽公園、江邊夜市、潑水廣場、曼景蘭古城。酒店設施完善，裡邊有洗衣房和健身房，都是免費使用的。酒店價格便宜，100多塊含早餐。我們在酒店樓下商務部楊蕾經理那租的車，價格比其他的公司至少便宜50，而且服務親切熱情，人長得超級漂亮。景點票也是在楊經理那購買的，確實比其他渠道便宜很多，而且專車接送，一路還為你介紹版納好吃好玩的和民族特色，超讚。如果想來西雙版納玩的小夥伴，住這個酒店一定不會錯的，想租車購票找楊經理，一點坑沒有（可以對比其他公司或平台），便宜省心，絕對超好。
