The hotel service is very good, highly recommended. The location is also good and clean. The handsome guy at the front desk has great service. However, if the curtains in the small family room are not fully drawn, they will leak. I don’t know if all the curtains are like this or just this room. And for those with children, it is best not to live on the same floor as those with elders. It is a bit noisy at night. But it will be fine after a while. I will book this hotel next time I come to Banna, and the price is very suitable. Don’t let high cost performance affect soft and hard services.

It had been an amazing experience staying in the hotel. The staff here is friendly and helpful whenever we need help. Easy to communicate via texts to arrange the pick-up service. The room is exactly the same as the image & food is easy to eat as they have lots of choices to choose. Highly recommended this hotel. The location is easy to find, because I was worried about the smell soon after it was newly opened. When I checked in, I found that there was no smell at all. It was hygienic and clean, intelligently controlled, and the service was very good. There was a handsome guy who called in advance to give the location of the hotel and introduce the surrounding attractions. Room type upgraded. The location of the hotel is also convenient. You can take a taxi or something. There are also special restaurants nearby, and there are barbecues and other things in the evening. The most important thing is that behind the room is the Elephant Performance Center of Manting Park. It is very convenient to walk to the park. I’ll stay here again next time I come!

Parking at the hotel is incredibly convenient, with both surface and underground options available, and it's completely free. The staff were very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the restaurant staff were incredibly warm and always smiling. They even offer takeaway boxes for breakfast if you're in a hurry. There's a fantastic kids' play area directly opposite the restaurant, which means parents can enjoy their breakfast knowing their children are happily entertained without any worries. The lighting throughout the hotel is wonderfully soft, warm, and comforting, creating a truly cozy atmosphere. The 24-hour airport pickup service (requires booking one day in advance) was excellent, with a very polite driver. Even the housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly, adding to the overall warm and welcoming vibe. A large supermarket is conveniently located less than a five-minute walk away, and it's just a 10-15 minute drive to shopping centers and major city attractions. The high-speed rail station is even within walking distance. The front desk allocated us an excellent, spacious room with large floor-to-ceiling windows that offered a fantastic view. This will definitely be our top choice for future stays. Truly a fantastic hotel, I highly recommend it to everyone!

Hotel location is superb, the surrounding is lively. The owner of the hotel is really good and very kind. Although it was cold when I called, it was actually very good. First of all, the boss picked us up. The location of the hotel is not far from the airport and the General Buddha Temple. I watched the different scenery in Banna along the way. I also talked to the boss a lot. The boss gave the luggage when he got off the bus. When he entered the hotel, he was really surprised. It was very beautiful, the large swimming pool, and a lot of tropical trees were planted. The white house was very beautiful and suitable for the scene. It felt like a quiet time. Because we arrived around 12 o'clock, the room we booked has not been cleaned out. The boss saw that we were waiting and arranged the restaurant to prepare afternoon tea for us. Afternoon tea was actually only after 2 pm. The boss also arranged it when there were many people. Can you say that the boss is really bright, There are also a lot of fun in the ps waiting area. My children are very happy in the waiting area. After telling us, we went to the restaurant and prepared 3 kinds of food, so we added a few more dishes and had lunch directly. The restaurant is also remarkable. The young ladies in the restaurant are all smiling and very kind. The dishes are delicious, the environment is also beautiful, and the beautiful scenery of the garden continues. It is definitely worth a try. The room is also disturbed after dinner. It is very beautiful facing the pool. I stayed for two days and the whole stay was very pleasant. The homestay is not open to the outside world after 8 o'clock. The boss will tell you the password of the door, which is quieter. The whole stay was very pleasant. If I have to say the shortcomings, I am sensitive to smell. I feel that the first floor is a bit musty. My old man said that he can't smell it. Hahahaha, I think Banna has too much rain and can understand it. I really like this homestay, the sun ☀️ enthusiasm ❤️ tranquility, the whole process is particularly comfortable, I will go to Banna again, I will go to live next time, I also highly recommend everyone, it is worth a try! I have been to many places and stayed in many hotels over the years, mostly mid-to-high-end hotels. Wyndham is really a recommended brand hotel and has never let me down. This time I stayed at the Banna Supreme Jinghong Hotel. It is worth commending the handsome guy (Ken) at the front desk for his professionalism, thoughtful service and good service👍. The breakfast in this hotel is great😌, compared to those B&Bs on Jiutiao Street😂

First of all, I searched for hotels nearby when I was running errands. I felt good after looking at the pictures, so I decided to place an order. The lobby is very clean and has self-service tea. The room is great. There is a bay window and the lighting is very good. You can see the Peacock Tower from the 7th floor. It is very comfortable to drink tea in the room. The lady at the front desk will also give you gentle tips on how to operate the air conditioner. Highly recommended!

The boss is making tea, and after checking in, he understands the whole Pu'er tea making process and so on. Mainly the homestay is so pleasant! The location is excellent, the room is clean and tidy, and the layout is very warm. The service is also very intimate, the location is quiet and not noisy, the night sleep is particularly fragrant, the facilities in the room are all available, even the toiletries are big names, the details are full, highly recommended!
