Overall, everything is good! The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. She arrived early on the first day and let us check in early. On the last day, the train was late and she even stored our luggage for free! The bathroom was very clean and the aunt came to clean it every day for two days. Oh my god, except that the room was a bit small, it was very complete. Because I was informed that I had trouble sleeping, the front desk also specially arranged a quieter room, and the service was very considerate.

第一次住荊州運7，安排了B座2人的房間，簡單乾淨。沒定早餐，因為距離大賽巷美食街步行也就5分鐘，那裡早餐豐富，晚上又是夜市。住了一天後對酒店位置、設施、服務都很滿意，所以又續住一天。第三天早上退房後去了武漢，沒多一會兒就接到了酒店前台的電話，告知我們遺忘了一塊電池板在客房，問清楚我的收件收件訊息後，立馬就發出了快遞，隔日就送達到我手上。這是要大大表揚的，住過那麼多酒店，遺忘東西也是時有發生，但大多數都是到了第二天晚上我們發現後再致電酒店去尋找，還是第一次這麼快就收到酒店主動來電提醒的。很值得讚揚！荊州這座城市我也很喜歡，博物館值得看，美食有的吃，酒店服務細心。再來荊州必住運7。很推薦！

房間佈置很温馨，又乾淨整潔。沒有異味，電視屏幕很大，可打遊戲可投屏看電影。工作人員服務態度特別好，很有禮貌，很耐心解決房客的問題。是為數不多可以下午兩點退房的酒店。下次來荊州首選他家，走一兩百米就是小吃街大賽巷，位於市中心，吃喝玩樂集為一體，太方便了。
