提前預訂的房間入住時被告知還剩一間房卻給我升級房型？説是套房結果小的離譜，衞生狀況堪憂，廁所也打掃不乾淨，隔音也很不好，在我補覺的時候明明掛了防打擾的牌子 卻還是被敲醒，入住體驗很差

首先位置是沒得説，醫院正對面過了人行天橋就是。看得出房間剛裝修完沒多久，硬件方面很新。這點不錯。但有幾點提一下：1.住了兩次每次進房間都有一股大大的黴味。2.床品還有毛巾很舊了，被套都開線了。3.對服務人員的意識培訓不夠，客人在前台的時候不要聊一些私事，有時候服務意識可以彌補很多硬件上的不足。

酒店地理位置優越，就在附院對面，家裡人住院陪護，每幾天來這住一次，換個環境舒適一下，酒店環境乾淨，衞生也很好，隔音也蠻不錯的，電視投屏效果也蠻好，電梯需要刷卡，安全感max。已經訂了好幾次了，每次體驗都不錯，就是那個一次性梳子質量太差了，一梳就斷，這就很難評。

週五的時候，加班比較晚，回來的時候已經12點多了，酒店前台已經休息了，然後聽到有人就起來了，從説話上感覺很温柔，並沒有因為我來的很晚而有不一樣的情緒，完事以後專門問了一下，是姓李，李姓小美女。點贊點贊，服務態度非常好，即便是凌晨。
