The most heartwarming hotel I've ever stayed in! When I arrived at the hotel at night, Xiao Yu, the housekeeper, took the initiative to help me with my luggage and poured me a cup of hot tea. The bedding in the room was clean and soft, with no odor at all, and I slept until I woke up naturally. When I left the hotel, Xiao Yu asked me if I was satisfied with my stay. This hotel is quite old. The rooms above the 15th floor have been renovated. They are completely different from the rooms below the 15th floor. If you have the conditions, I suggest you book a room above the 15th floor. The room is large and new, with a very high cost performance. There is also a free airport pick-up service. I upgraded my room on the second night, but the hot water in the room was intermittent. Because it was too late, I did not ask to change the room. Later, the hotel took the initiative to refund my upgraded room fee. The attitude was very good. The breakfast was not particularly rich, but it had everything you should have, as well as local snacks such as vermicelli soup, peanut soup, and freshly cooked noodles. You can add your own ingredients. There is still a lot of room for improvement in the software, but overall I am very satisfied.

My first booking was cancelled by the hotel 5 nights before my stay claiming I need to prebook. The hotel location is great if you want to be close to JJN Airport, otherwise its far away from anything. So keep this in mind. Zero English at reception. Only translator apps. Wifi only with Chinese Phone Number, so called the engineers and the logged me in with their numbers. Big hassle and honestly given this is run by an airline, a really bad procedure. The breakfast was chinese and it was ok. Nothing special. If you want food outside its around 1km of walk to the next mall and food court.

Good news for business travelers! The hotel is in an excellent location, with convenient transportation but quiet in a busy city. The room is clean, tidy, spacious and bright. The high-speed WiFi is not stuck throughout the whole trip. I like the restaurant's freshly ground coffee. Front desk : not 5 star hotel standard. No greeting during check in. Check out 2 days early yet front desk just ask to put the room card at counter. Not even interested to know the reason.
