酒店比較高大上 縉雲NO.1 環境好 早餐豐富 停車方便 離仙都景區近 自駕游完美 此次到景區正好看到老黃牛過橋的表演😂

在這家酒店住了兩晚，就發生長者在酒店浴室滑到導致頭皮裂開3公分傷口以及手骨折，在就醫過程中瞭解到這已經不是這家酒店第一次發生傷亡事故了。酒店淋浴間漏水高度不夠導致洗澡水會漫出來，浴室大理石又加速滑到風險，最最最可怕的是在淋浴門口洗手櫃有個金屬把手，使摔到後很容易頭撞在金屬把手上，安全隱患堪憂。
出事後，酒店處理態度也很強硬，可能是背靠國企緣故，連醫葯費都不能夠全部賠償，更不要説其他的了，根本沒有處理的態度，衹是跟我説酒店不是第一次處理這種傷亡事故了

前台接待很差，沒有告知第二天用餐時間和地點；早上出門，前台辦理結算後，禮賓部小夥子見我們大包小包沒有主動幫助一下。當晚酒店用餐，其中一道菜，生蠔2隻，掛牌價18元1隻，要22元1隻，不知道酒店是怎麼管理的？

住過大半個中國的酒店，這是我住到最差的五星五星酒店。
1）凌晨6點隔壁門鈴開始不停的響，把人從夢中吵醒。持續半小時後叫前台來看過才停掉，反饋説隔壁沒有人入住，門鈴壞掉了。
但是我出差累了一整天，就想着好好休息恢復一下體力。
2）早餐時間7：00-10：30，9：30左右就有服務員來開始換餐具了，就是你坐6人桌，她一個個的換，把其它5個位子上早餐餐具全部換成午餐的，讓你好離開了。

空調都是壞的，30度天氣，空調怎麼開，永遠是室內27度，悶壞了。剛開始還以為是自己不會操控按鈕，後面發現怎麼調，都不會製冷。估計是總開關設定了温度。醉了 這樣的酒店

這是一次體驗感極差的住宿！
原本杭州自駕遊是奔着縉雲唯一五星酒店去入住的、加人挪車從車庫出門在酒店內部道路被一輛進來的出租車刮蹭、然後出租車撞上了酒店的水泥花壇，酒店的大堂經理和謀相關人員對住客安全不聞不問下，開口就要2000元花壇維修費。。。，保險公司和交警都處置後，且保險公司和負責酒店的維修綠化公司達成共識賠償1200元、酒店經理全程在其中，後面竟然説沒聽到且綠化公司不能代表酒店。。。還是堅持2000要收2000元費用。。。
真想問：五星酒店就這樣的格局和服務質量？這樣的經理也能在五星酒店工作？
感慨一下：做為旅遊縣城、光靠好山好水不行，也得有好的服務配套。。。

錦江這個大品牌還是可惜了
小朋友加個早餐108，這早餐的質量，我們三個人都吃不了108，浪費了個雙早
