因為五一假期預訂遲了，很多酒店都已滿房，不得已訂了績溪雨禾，儘管預訂時已有心理準備，可真正入駐時還是比我的預期差很多。設施簡陋陳舊，衞生很差，房間有一股難聞的異味，排氣扇壞的，衞生間和房間無法交換空氣，路邊房間很吵已是預期之中吵的一夜沒有睡眠，第二天還要開車。電話中説是有停車位，可是到了以後根本沒有車位，讓把車子聽到馬路對面的人行道上，根本不是車位，拿個東西很不方便。這次住宿的體驗感太差了。

酒店的地理位置非常好，到皖贛鐵路績溪縣站就300米遠。房費蠻便宜的，空間也夠大，完全可以住下一家三口，性價比還是蠻好的。床墊舒適度、熱水供應都是不錯的，唯一的缺點就是風光太暗了，而且室內桌子頂部黑漆漆的，不適合辦公。整體來説，還算OK。

房間設施太老舊，感覺10年前。牆紙裂開，牆面發黴。進門廊燈是壞的，床墊硬，床單有黑點，有小破洞，毛巾有破爛。總之體感太不舒服了。前台男服務員很熱情，房門多次被鎖仍耐心幫忙，這點好評。對面公安局，所以安全問題不需要擔心。

房間整潔乾淨，光線好，通透，樓下總枱的小夥子服務很熱情，比較滿意，唯一遺憾就是離火車站有點近，有時會有汽笛聲，到在績溪感覺到温暖，在政府大院看到歡迎大家節日停車。

#負評#對衛生程度，位置，服務，設施失望；早上下单成功，中午打电话给我说电脑出错了没有这个房间，让我取消订单，正好是5.1劳动节，想想肯定是准备加价卖给别人，我没有同意，最后电话那边说好吧好吧！还是入住进去了，显然是那种不作为的套路，环境不太好，

#好評#對鄰近活動滿意；#負評#對隔音，防治蚊蟲措施失望；隔音太差了，晚上火车轰隆轰隆响，早上楼下的公鸡5点叫到8点多，订的房间恰巧隔壁是员工布草间，晚上早上都很大声讲话，窗户连在一起根本不隔音，其他诸如灯光，卫生，等硬件问题一分钱一分货不做多评价，但是保证睡眠都成问题真的不想再住了
