Great golf trip to a great hotel and complex. Memhet from guest relations was very helpful and organised everything for us. Top man👏👏 definitely recommend as the courses are in great condition. Read one are excellent and the buffet in endless with so much choice.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, there is not a bad thing I can say about it. the whole place is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate as is the hotel itself. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. The food offering, well that's a different level, so much choice and every single meal I had was superb, and deserts out of this world. Cannot recommend this place highly enough, its a stunning hotel and we had a stunning experience there once again

We come every year with friends. We became a family with Sueno The staff is so sweet And especially their alcoholic cocktails are amazing. This hotel has always been very good over the years. It does not compromise on quality. Thank you to the palace from the guest relations team who always took care of us.

We had a pleasant stay at Sueno Deluxe. The staff were generally friendly and helpful and the service was very efficient. The food was good, although they did not allow you to pour your own drinks at lunch and dinner, which became a bit annoying. The hotel has lots of great facilities including a huge pool, water slides, sports area, gym, spa and much more. The room was up to standard, but the beds were not especially comfortable. However, the real issue was the lack of air conditioning which was not operating. In a hot climate such as Turkey, not having a functioning air con is not acceptable, particularly when the hotel advertises this amenity. When we tried to resolve the issue, the only response we got was to "open the windows." We came to play golf and the courses were also up to scratch. However, the pro shop is an absolute rip-off (£40 for 12 Srixon AD333s!),= and they also charge you for drinks on the course, despite the hotel being all-inclusive. Because Turkey is an economic basket case, they try to take advantage of tourists with greedy prices and demand payment in euros rather than their own currency. This is very annoying as being from the UK we bought Turkish lira and do not carry Euros. Belek is great for golf, although it is quite far from the city of Antalya, and as mentioned above, the taxi drivers attempt to rip tourists off. Uber and Bolt are available but do not work. There is a theme park and a high-end shopping mall called Land of Legends nearby, which may be worth a visit. Overall our holiday was a success and I would recommend this hotel. However, I can imagine if it were even hotter, then the lack of air conditioning could have ruined our stay.

Sueno is great. We choose it every year and will continue to do so. Especially the food is delicious and the golf courses are beyond perfect. We would like to thank guest relations specialist Sarah and all the other staff.

Sueno was a great hotel,, food was awesome staff were so great and friendly waiters were also so friendly and kind . Rooms were so clean thank to melee from house keeping and also elnaz and Melissa were so helpfull

The hotel is great, we are from London and we enjoyed everything very much. The service is really excellent, everywhere is clean and the food is delicious. We also loved the staff Many thanks to everyone, especially Sara and Elnaz from the guest relations team.

Golf courses were good dunes was my favourite,, staff were very good they are helpful,, food was delicious too many choices,, it was the first the first time we in Turkey and we really enjoyed...... Elnaz and tevhide were amazing helped as all the time

Asel from guest relation was so so helpful she is one of the best here alsoo i was satisfied with our room it was so clean and big and food was so delicious and different tastes u could find . Highly recommended.we will definitely come back. 🥰🥰
