The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel's location is fantastic. There's a large shopping mall nearby with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, which is super convenient. The rooms are also great. It's definitely the top choice for luxury in Kaifeng!

The hotel lobby's design is very artistic, and the room layout is well-planned with excellent attention to detail. For example, the USB charging ports by the bed and the two types of pillows in the room are both very practical. The hotel staff were warm and attentive; when we checked in late at night, they offered snacks and yogurt. They also provided the hotel's own guide to Kaifeng attractions and a souvenir. The check-in experience was fantastic, exceeding expectations, and is definitely worth recommending!

Overall, I was very satisfied. The front desk lady was kind and thoughtful, organizing everything perfectly, which made my stay very pleasant. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. Kaifeng scenic spots were also a lot of fun, and the chrysanthemums were beautiful. I'll definitely come back to Kaifeng again and stay at this hotel next time! [Rose]

First off, the front desk service was exceptional. We initially booked one night, and since we liked it so much, we wanted to extend our stay, even though rooms were scarce the next day. The front desk staff actively helped us coordinate [strong]. For families with children, the hotel also has a kids' play area that's very child-friendly, and the welcome gift was quite thoughtful. Highly recommended!

Couldn't have picked a better hotel, the experience was fantastic! The hygiene and cleanliness were impeccable, which really put me at ease. This hotel, opened in 2024, is fully equipped, even with a washing machine. The breakfast is quite generous. I'd especially like to commend the front desk service; they were warm, thoughtful, and gave us great recommendations for our itinerary. They also helped us with a late check-out, which we really appreciate. Their attentiveness truly made a difference. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Kaifeng. It's an excellent hotel!
