JI Hotel (Kaifeng North Station)

Let's talk about the advantages first 1. Provide pick-up and drop-off service, very considerate; 2. We booked two nights and after we raised the issue, we were quickly upgraded to a new room. The staff were also very nice. Let's talk about the shortcomings and areas that need improvement. 1. We booked a king-size bed room. When we entered the room, there was a sewer smell. We didn't pay attention to it at first, but it didn't go away at all. We found that it was the smell of the shower water, and there were small insects flying around. 2. The room's safety lock could not be opened after being pressed, and had to be smashed with a hammer. The staff obviously knew about this problem in advance, but did not inform us in advance, and only told us how to open it when we called to inquire.

酒店全新的沒有異味，服務人員熱情服務到位，酒店早餐品種豐富乾淨衞生，去萬歲山武林園和清明上河園景點都很方便，主要一點是離開封北站很近方便上高鐵🚄。離第一樓（西湖店）打車十來塊錢。如果有機會再去開封我首選這家酒店。
