先説優點，離鼓樓2/3百米，吃飯出行都方便，酒店是今年新開的，乾淨衞生，服務態度很好，房間夠大，特別是床品很好，睡覺舒服。再説一下缺點，早餐廳是兩個酒店共用的，所以早上吃早餐人很多，餐品補充不夠及時，希望能改進一下，還有就是電視頻道不夠多，沒有本地頻道。

剛裝修的，一股味。換一個房間也這樣，走廊裏也是一股味。由於甲醛是無色無味的，這應該是另外的味道。排氣扇開一會好多了。由於我住的房間臨街，早上5點多馬路清掃工把我吵醒了。衞生還可以，停車場離酒店有200多米，且在馬路對面。開封車讓人的不多，因此要冒風險通過斑馬線走到對面。對於拎着大包小包的人不夠友好。
早餐比我今天亞朵酒店的好，有餛飩有小籠等。牀頭櫃竟然有無線充電板，還能用。亞朵酒店的能看不能用！

酒店是新裝修開業的，設施非常好，雖然不大但是健身房，洗衣房都有，早餐也很豐富，關鍵是酒店位置很好，離鼓樓，相國寺都不遠，傍邊就是西寺食品街，酒店前台很熱情也很周到，解答問題不厭其煩，雖然是臨街的房子但是隔音非常好，晚上沒有噪音，非常安寧，非常值得推薦點贊👍

整體都很好，不足在於停車場稍遠，衞生間下水道有堵塞，洗澡以後水漫金山了。室內準備了便攜式茶杯，本想泡杯茶，發現茶杯裏還有上個客人喝剩下的茶水，細節還是處理沒有到位，會讓人聯展到其他用品的衞生問題。不過整體還是不錯了，比其他大部分酒店好很多了。

花600塊錢 定的酒店窗簾拉不上，讓換一間説沒有，特別沒有私隱，洗涑睡覺都不敢脱衣服了，進房間抽紙和拖鞋都沒有，打電話給前台半小時才送來，這毛巾都不是自家的，就這還600塊錢。真的是非常差。

新開的酒店，一點異味都沒有！環境設施嶄新又乾淨，從進門開始就讓人心情舒暢。這次帶娃入住，完全超出了我們的預期！酒店有可愛的機器人服務生，會自己坐電梯送外賣和物品到房間！孩子簡直愛不釋眼，每次看到都興奮地追着跑，這項服務不僅有趣，也減少了接觸，非常貼心。
最讓我驚喜的是酒店提供的免費漢服體驗！漢服的款式很多，質量也很好，可以在酒店內新中式場景拍照。穿着漢服在長廊裏走走，瞬間有種穿越的感覺，出片率極高，朋友圈都被贊爆了！
酒店位置絕佳，下樓就是商業街，各種美食、購物商場應有盡有，逛街吃飯超級方便，完全不用擔心會無聊。絕對是親子家庭和年輕朋友的絕佳選擇！下次來玩一定會再次入住，強烈推薦！

酒店的設施和貼心程度讓我印象很深！房間的窗户很大，晚上能看到鼓樓的燈光，特別漂亮。床很寬敞，床品睡得很舒服。房間裏有小冰箱，我們買的水果、飲料放進去很方便。衞生間裏配了洗漱用品和一次性拖鞋，質量都很好。早上起來，前台幫我們叫了車，到開封府衹要 15 分鐘。晚上回來時，工作人員看到我們帶了行李，還主動幫忙提，特別熱情。酒店離鼓樓夜市很近，逛完回來就能休息，整體體驗很好，下次來開封還會選擇這家！

作為喜歡中式風的家長，這家酒店的親子房真的長在我審美上！房間裏的傢俱都是胡桃色，搭配米色窗簾和水墨風地毯，沒有多餘的裝飾，卻很有質感。親子互動空間裏，有小書桌和中式繪本，我和娃一起讀了關於開封的小故事，還玩了木質拼圖。床品親膚又透氣，娃半夜沒踢被子，睡得很安穩。晚上酒店走廊會亮中式燈籠，帶娃去前台領了小禮物，工作人員還耐心地給娃講開封習俗，感覺不僅住得舒服，還能讓娃瞭解傳統文化，這一點真的太讚了！
