If you want to go to the Drum Tower, Kaifeng Mansion & Iron Tower in the city🗼, you can take a taxi within a quarter of an hour. The location is very convenient! The natural environment of Pullman is also very good. It is built in a wetland park. The open courtyard🏡 design is a bit like the Yangzhou Guest House, with giant floor-to-ceiling glass, which is particularly transparent against the greenery outside🌳. After a busy day of playing, seeing the lobby decorated with crystals, I feel open-minded. The lobby and the room are full of Chinese elements, Kaifeng's chrysanthemums🌼, Qingming Shanghe Tu, exquisite embroidery, and Chinese palace lanterns🏮 can all be seen. There is a lotus pond in front of our garden-view executive room🪷You can also see the "Qingming Shanghe Garden" opposite. The room is 70 square meters and very spacious. The bathroom is very bright and has many sliding doors to ensure privacy and comfortable living. The breakfast and the small desserts and sandwiches in the executive corridor are very exquisite and rich in variety. When you are tired from playing, it is also very comfortable to lie in the hotel.

The environment is beautiful, located in a large green garden; The location is good, close to the Qingming Riverside Park scenic area. Parking is convenient, with a large parking lot. The receptionist at the lobby door is very considerate. He not only drives a battery car to the parking lot to pick up guests, carries luggage for guests, and delivers them to the room, but also introduces the hotel and Kaifeng related attractions in detail. Interlude: I felt that the room was very noisy in the middle of the night. It was the kind of unbearable low-frequency noise that made it impossible to fall asleep. After hesitating again and again, I couldn't stand it anymore. I called the front desk at three o'clock in the middle of the night to reflect. The guy who answered the phone immediately offered to change a room for us, and the staff on duty immediately sent the room card. The next day, the person in charge of the front desk took the initiative to communicate with us and apologized, resolved the conflict, and dealt with the aftermath in a timely manner, which fully reflected his strong sense of crisis management, and took measures to obtain the understanding of the guests. However, it should be pointed out that the service awareness of some front desk ladies needs to be trained and strengthened. When we reported the situation to them the next day, they looked indifferent and expressionless, which chilled the guests.

Stayed from 5/7 to 5/10, the hotel upgraded the room from superior king-size bed to deluxe king-size bed room for free, so the courtyard is right outside the door. The hotel is located on the lake island between Qingming Shanghe Park and Wansuishan Wuxia City. It is only two stories high but covers a very large area. It is like walking through a maze in the hotel, and it is tiring to walk around the outer courtyard. The Chinese restaurant and Western buffet are also online, and the service is also very enthusiastic. For a third-tier city like Kaifeng, it is definitely top-notch. The only drawback is that most of the doors leading to the hotel from the courtyard are locked (probably to prevent outsiders from entering), but the guests accidentally locked the door leading to the courtyard in the room, and it was really hard to get into the hotel again. The baby was tired and had to be held in his arms in the end. In addition, the atrium is very beautiful but people are not allowed to enter. The only gate is locked and ordinary guests can't swipe the door card to open it. Otherwise, it would be a great place to take pictures.

The hotel is very large and has beautiful scenery. I took a walk in the morning and felt very comfortable in the morning breeze. The hotel is close to the scenic area. Take the hotel shuttle bus to the East Gate and walk 100 to 200 meters to Wuxia City. It is a little far from Qingming Riverside Park. After taking the shuttle bus to the South Gate, it takes another 10 minutes to walk. The breakfast is very rich and tastes good. The overall feeling is good. Although the price of the hotel is among the top in Kaifeng, it is worth recommending.

First of all, the hotel is a resort-type hotel with really great scenery 👍🏻Then the parking lot is very large, and there are always staff members patrolling in shuttle buses to pick up guests from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, which is very good. Secondly, I want to give a five-star rating to Manager Wang of the Western restaurant. When he learned that the child was sick, he took the initiative to cook noodles for us and put them in a lunch box for us to take upstairs to eat. Then on the night we checked in, the child's mother liked the hotel's set of children's tableware, and gave us a set without charging us, which was really thoughtful. Thirdly, I think the concierge can be trained more. After all, our price range is here, and the service must keep up. When I checked out yesterday, the concierge did not help us move our things into the car, but kept watching me move. Even if he asked if I needed help, it would be fine. This needs to be strengthened. The last point is to give a five-star rating overall!
