It was terrible, terrible, terrible. The equipment was old, the windows wouldn't close properly, and the road noise outside was so loud that it felt like sleeping on the street. I barely slept all night, all I could hear were cars outside and people chatting downstairs. I contacted customer service, and they explained that this room was just like that, that it was quiet, and that other rooms were even louder. They told us to plug the windows ourselves, which was really disappointing. I called customer service again, but they couldn't get through, and they didn't care. This room cost over 500. I usually don't write bad reviews, but this was truly terrible. I hope this can help everyone. Don't fall for this scam again.
