The sound insulation is really not good. At three o'clock in the morning, a resident ran to the corridor to call. I have been awakened more than once. I am really angry. The thief walking upstairs can hear clearly. Service: How to say it, compared to the previous Atour, it may be that the new store has the words, but there are other problems to deal with. We feel that we want to change the room. The first waiter said that there is no room. Later, I went to the front desk and asked if there was but the service felt like it was very bad. I don't know why.

The hotel is located next to Kaifeng Municipal Government, very close to Kaifeng Museum, but far from the scenic area of ​​Kaifeng Old Town. The main attractions can be reached within more than 10 kilometers. The advantage is that it is very quiet at night without the noise of the scenic area. If you are traveling by car, I recommend staying here. The hotel has complete facilities, clean rooms, and an underground parking lot. The only bad thing is that no one manages the problem of smoking in public places. Some people smoke in the hotel lobby, in the restaurant, and in the elevator... It's really speechless. Fortunately, the beautiful lady at the front desk arranged a non-smoking floor, otherwise we would have to move out overnight. I hope the hotel service staff can stop this kind of smoking in public places and improve the quality.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. I really enjoyed the hotel's overall style and the grand, comfortable decor. What truly stood out was the incredibly warm and professional front desk service; their attitude was genuinely excellent. They upgraded my room and even offered snacks upon check-in. Upon arrival in the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh fruit and drinks, which was a lovely touch. The hotel dinner was also quite good, and it was delivered to my room by very friendly staff. However, I must also point out some areas for improvement: The room's interior decor details were somewhat lacking, with many rough finishes that didn't quite match the hotel's supposed standard (see photos). Housekeeping wasn't as thorough as it could be; I noticed hair and dust in corners that weren't properly cleaned (see photos). After checking into my room, I couldn't find any slippers despite searching everywhere, so I had to request some from room service. The disposable toiletries were of rather low quality; the slippers, in particular, shed fibers that stuck to my feet (see photos). While the hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, honestly, the taste was quite disappointing. For instance, out of eight seemingly different cold dishes, four contained cucumber, making them indistinguishable, and I couldn't even remember their names. Furthermore, many dishes contained garlic. For someone with a garlic allergy, it was incredibly difficult to find anything edible among the many options. My suggestion would be to use garlic only when essential, omit it when possible, and refine the dishes to cater to a broader range of dietary preferences. Finally, I must reiterate that the front desk staff were truly outstanding and incredibly responsive. They even offered a small gift upon my departure, thanking me for my feedback. In conclusion, this hotel is definitely worth revisiting, primarily due to its exceptional hospitality team. If they could address the decor details, housekeeping standards, and breakfast quality, it would be absolutely perfect. I look forward to being pleasantly surprised by improvements on my next visit! The location of the hotel is OK, close to the road, and quite convenient. The facilities of the new hotel are still very new, but the hygiene needs to be strengthened. I encountered midges on the bedside table as soon as I checked in. The video I took was too short to post, so I could only take screenshots. The front desk service is still good, and the breakfast is also OK.

The orange hotel is full of faint orange smell everywhere. The hotel decoration is also orange. There is a refrigerator in the room. The room is not smart. The waiter and cleaner are very good. There are 2 treadmills in the gym. There is a laundry room. Washing and drying 3 sets each. If you are busy, the waiter will help wash and dry clothes. It will be stacked. This hotel is newly opened and very clean. Parking is available at the entrance of the hotel. There is also an underground parking lot. There is a special person to direct the parking. The breakfast is also very good, next to the lake, you can see the lake view, there are not many rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. The downside is that it has been raining recently, the air conditioner has a smell when it is turned on, there is a damp and moldy smell in the house, and the ventilation will be much better. Also, I want to know why others have a gift for one day and check out. I have not stayed for 8 days. I am not happy.

The luckiest thing about traveling to Kaifeng is that I chose this homestay! The location is simply amazing. It takes only 3 minutes to walk to the Qingming Riverside Park. In the morning, you can easily catch the first wave of admission to avoid the crowds. In the evening, after watching the performance of ”The Great Song Dynasty: Tokyo Dreams”, you can take a walk back to the room to rest. The room is clean and warm, the layout is full of Song Dynasty elements, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it is super safe to live in. The boss is warm and considerate, and also recommended super authentic food shops around. The cost-effectiveness is super high, I will stay here next time I come to Kaifeng!

The hotel’s location is excellent, facing West Lake with a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room is spacious and clean. This is the best hotel in Kaifeng and I strongly recommend this hotel to the travelers. If I visit Kaifeng, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Honestly, this hotel exceeded my expectations. First off, they offer a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to/from the station, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel is relatively new, with a stylish and unique decor. The room itself was very spacious, and the bedding was comfortable enough. However, the air conditioning was quite noisy; even on sleep mode, it was still loud. The hotel's breakfast was excellent, offering freshly cooked noodles, rice vermicelli, and wontons. While the overall selection wasn't vast, all dishes were thoughtfully prepared, including some local specialties. It's officially served until 10 AM, but typically, even if you arrive a bit later, there's still plenty available. Service was also outstanding; the staff were very responsive and eager to help. Overall, it's a great hotel. Regarding the location, it's in the New District, not too far from Wanda Plaza. However, getting to Wansuishan and Qingming Shanghe Garden by a ride-hailing service (like Didi) costs around 20 RMB, and it's a similar distance/cost to Gulou Night Market. If distance isn't a major concern for you, then this hotel is definitely a fantastic choice.
