Taxis are readily available, and there are plenty of shared electric bikes and bicycles for transportation. The nearby Drum Tower Night Market is very lively in the evenings. Service: The friendly staff at the front desk were very welcoming and had lovely smiles. They even gave us a free breakfast coupon on our first day. 💕 This is the first time I've stayed in a business hotel that offers excellent value for money, comparable to some large chain business hotels.

Front desk staff, Sonny, was the most kindest staff service I received in China. She helped us to catch the taxi multiple times even if we did not ask for. She made sure we were ok. Hotel is beautifully decorated and bed is very comfortable. View from balcony with Chinese roofs were beautiful. I was able to do laundry and dry clothes at the balcony. Hotel provided drying rack. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend to my family and friends.

If you're looking to immerse yourself in Wuxia culture, staying here genuinely saves a lot of travel time. What's even more surprising is that popular attractions like Longting Park and Daxiangguo Temple are both roughly 2 kilometers away. You can reach them in about ten minutes by shared bike or with a quick taxi ride, meaning absolutely no time is wasted on transportation. We were traveling with our child, and initially worried about them getting tired from too much walking, but this prime location made our itinerary incredibly relaxed and well-managed. The hotel also has an elevator, which was a thoughtful touch, making it effortless to carry luggage and for elderly guests or those with children to move between floors. The highlight for me, however, was the service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently wonderful – friendly, enthusiastic, and incredibly attentive. When we asked about good local eateries in the morning, the lady at the front desk not only recommended some authentic old establishments but also gave us detailed walking directions. Our room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with everything – the location, facilities, and especially the service. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Kaifeng, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip there!

The front desk lady was very nice. When checking in, she upgraded the room type and gave me souvenirs and a map of Kaifeng attractions. I was so happy that I extended my stay for another night and my request for a free breakfast was also met. The room was clean and tidy with welcome snacks. The slippers were disinfected and safe to use. Diagonally opposite was the old-fashioned pot stickers with prawns and pork and chives. The saltiness was moderate and the almond tea was just the right sweetness. Great!
