First off, the hotel lobby. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by its spacious and bright ambiance. The decor was luxurious yet tasteful, exuding an impressive sense of grandeur that instantly elevated my expectations for the stay. What was even more heartwarming were the front desk staff. They were enthusiastic and proactive throughout, not only meticulously handling the check-in process but also patiently guiding us through the hotel layout and thoughtfully recommending nearby attractions worth visiting. Their service attitude was absolutely top-notch. After checking into our room, we found the facilities to be very new. The soundproofing was excellent, making our stay exceptionally quiet and peaceful. We weren't disturbed by any outside noise, allowing us to rest very soundly. We did encounter a minor issue: we found the hot water tap wasn't working. After contacting staff, someone quickly came to check. It turned out we weren't familiar with how to operate the tap, and we ended up causing trouble for the staff. However, throughout the whole process, the staff member remained gentle-mannered and patiently showed us how to use it, without showing the slightest hint of impatience. This kind of meticulous and thoughtful service truly earns extra points. What truly surprised us was the hotel's fantastic location. Right outside the hotel is Kaifeng's famous Shudian Street Night Market, just a short walk away in the evening. All sorts of local specialty foods are readily available, allowing you to experience the authentic local vibe and flavors of Kaifeng without having to go out of your way. It's incredibly convenient for foodies! Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with the service, accommodation, and location during this stay. I will definitely choose Manxin Hotel again on my next visit to Kaifeng, and I will also recommend it to friends planning a trip there.

I stayed at the hotel once when it first opened and had a good experience. This time, I decided to choose the New East Garden Hotel with my husband. The hotel is very good, and the whole check-in process was pleasant and reassuring. The layout of the room is very simple and fresh, with all kinds of facilities complete and meticulous hygiene. It was a very satisfactory stay. The bedding was also very comfortable. There was also a security guard on duty downstairs 24 hours a day, which gave me a full sense of security. The location of the hotel is OK, close to the road, and quite convenient. The facilities of the new hotel are still very new, but the hygiene needs to be strengthened. I encountered midges on the bedside table as soon as I checked in. The video I took was too short to post, so I could only take screenshots. The front desk service is still good, and the breakfast is also OK.

Big, beautiful room but there was no window and no garden view. I booked the family room since I was traveling with my nephew. However, there was no wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. The doors to the shower and bathroom were glass. The hotel staff were friendly. The location was not ideal and its very dark around the hotel.

The staff are enthusiastic and responsible, and their service attitude is so good that people feel at home. The location is also excellent, close to attractions and very convenient for travel. The hotel facilities are very new and there is a gym where you can exercise. Equipped with a laundry room, it is very considerate for travelers. The bedding is soft and comfortable. I had a great sleep at night, eliminating the fatigue of the day. This stay was an excellent experience. I will choose Lufeng Hotel again when I come here in the future. The hotel is in a good location, and it is very cheap to take a taxi to various attractions. Bao Gong Temple is within walking distance. Go downstairs and turn right to the night market. Cross the street to the Citizen Park. There are girls dancing at night, which is great! Across the bridge is Huang's old store, the vegetarian buns and carp baked noodles are very good, and the soup dumplings are average. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, with a spacious shower and toilet, and a smart toilet. The bed is large and comfortable, with a choice of soft and firm pillows, a very thoughtful touch. Further back is the lounge area with a large sofa. The room amenities can be voice-controlled using a smart device, which is very convenient. Cleanliness: The hotel is newly renovated, so there's no odor. The room was quite clean, and the staff promptly handled the changes and trash. Environment: There's a large supermarket diagonally across from the hotel, and numerous shops are nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient. Taxis are readily available, and there are plenty of shared electric bikes and bicycles for transportation. The nearby Drum Tower Night Market is very lively in the evenings. Service: The friendly staff at the front desk were very welcoming and had lovely smiles. They even gave us a free breakfast coupon on our first day. 💕 This is the first time I've stayed in a business hotel that offers excellent value for money, comparable to some large chain business hotels.

The hotel is newly opened, and the service is okay. For a room costing around 500 yuan, there were only two bottles of mineral water and two tea bags; the lobby didn't even have any drinks or snacks. There were no value-added services, just like a budget hotel. It's a hotel in a shopping mall, and I don't know what kind of business is on the floor above. During the day, the ceiling was very noisy, with constant wheelchair noise. There were very few hotel signs, and I spent a long time looking for the laundry room, even though it's right next to the reception desk, it's easy to miss, just like the guest rooms. Even when I asked a lady, she couldn't give me directions and just told me to go forward, showing a lack of service awareness. There were no instructions on how to use the washing machine; it took me a while to figure out that the start button was on the display screen. The lobby was stuffy and there was no fragrance. The guest rooms are modeled after the Ji Hotel, which is acceptable, considering it's a new hotel, everything is new and better. However, the toothbrushes were of very poor quality, and the toothpaste was also bad; it ran out of foam after a couple of brushes. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was installed too far out; I bumped into it when I turned around, which hurt. The mattress was relatively comfortable, quite soft. The toilet paper and facial tissues were of good quality, thick and soft. The location is quite advantageous, right next to the Drum Tower.

It was my first time in Kaifeng, and I chose this hotel blindly. The experience was fantastic! The room felt great! The bedding was spotless, and the whole room was smart. The mattress support and pillow height were perfect, and the shower had plenty of water pressure, washing away a day's fatigue. Details determine quality, and there's even a sign warning people to be careful of slippery floors. It's truly thoughtful! The location is also super convenient, right outside the Drum Tower Night Market, and all the other tourist attractions are nearby. It's truly super comfortable! I'll definitely be back~🌹🌹👍
