Hotels in Songcheng road station area, Kaifeng

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. I really enjoyed the hotel's overall style and the grand, comfortable decor. What truly stood out was the incredibly warm and professional front desk service; their attitude was genuinely excellent. They upgraded my room and even offered snacks upon check-in. Upon arrival in the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh fruit and drinks, which was a lovely touch. The hotel dinner was also quite good, and it was delivered to my room by very friendly staff. However, I must also point out some areas for improvement: The room's interior decor details were somewhat lacking, with many rough finishes that didn't quite match the hotel's supposed standard (see photos). Housekeeping wasn't as thorough as it could be; I noticed hair and dust in corners that weren't properly cleaned (see photos). After checking into my room, I couldn't find any slippers despite searching everywhere, so I had to request some from room service. The disposable toiletries were of rather low quality; the slippers, in particular, shed fibers that stuck to my feet (see photos). While the hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, honestly, the taste was quite disappointing. For instance, out of eight seemingly different cold dishes, four contained cucumber, making them indistinguishable, and I couldn't even remember their names. Furthermore, many dishes contained garlic. For someone with a garlic allergy, it was incredibly difficult to find anything edible among the many options. My suggestion would be to use garlic only when essential, omit it when possible, and refine the dishes to cater to a broader range of dietary preferences. Finally, I must reiterate that the front desk staff were truly outstanding and incredibly responsive. They even offered a small gift upon my departure, thanking me for my feedback. In conclusion, this hotel is definitely worth revisiting, primarily due to its exceptional hospitality team. If they could address the decor details, housekeeping standards, and breakfast quality, it would be absolutely perfect. I look forward to being pleasantly surprised by improvements on my next visit! The hotel’s location is excellent, facing West Lake with a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room is spacious and clean. This is the best hotel in Kaifeng and I strongly recommend this hotel to the travelers. If I visit Kaifeng, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Apologies for not taking any photos, but I was extremely satisfied with my stay. We had booked an Executive room but were upgraded to a Deluxe room. It was very spacious and comfortable, featuring a separate vanity area. The air conditioning vents were cleverly designed with partial covers to prevent direct drafts, which was a thoughtful touch. The self-service laundry facilities were also excellent. After a day of summer fun with the kids, it was incredibly convenient to wash and dry our clothes. Breakfast offered a wide selection of nutritious options.

Because it was a holiday, I chose a new hotel with a relatively reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised: the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and gave a small gift when I checked out. The corners of the table in the room were equipped with anti-collision strips, which is very considerate for families with children. The hair dryer was very powerful, and the bathroom and shower were also very clean. The room was spacious, and the big TV was very comfortable to watch. There was a gym and laundry room next to the room. In short, it far exceeded my expectations. The children especially liked this place and I will stay here again when I come to Kaifeng!

The room is very good. I slept well and felt relieved. The environment is also good. The innermost part where I stayed was very quiet. I have poor sleep quality. This is a very good hotel and is worth recommending. Hygiene: The hotel entrance is fragrant and the room is spotless. Facilities: Smart curtains and advanced facilities. This B&B in Kaifeng is absolutely amazing! The owner was incredibly welcoming and offered to help with our luggage upon arrival. He also recommended local snacks and itineraries. The room was spotless, well-lit and ventilated, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, giving me a wonderful sleep. The attention to detail was exceptional, with the bathroom and desks spotless. Best of all, there's a free washing machine and a dedicated drying area, making laundry and drying a breeze. The location is also great, not far from scenic spots and convenient for travel. It's a fantastic value and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kaifeng!

Come to Kaifeng to play this Zexu hotel, the experience is full! Location traffic: Good location, close to the light rail station, convenient travel, and many foods around. Room facilities: The room is clean and warm, the bedding is comfortable, and the hot water is sufficient. Service: The front desk service is super warm, and popcorn is also sent, and the free late check-out is super intimate. The parking lot is also very large, and you can park in the front and back yards, so you don't have to worry about parking. Come back next time!
