Excellent location.Good service.Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Hotel Provide luggage storage. Stored Luggage was just left beside the reception counter. We had an unfortunate incident. Our luggage bag lock was working perfectly fine before we left but when we returned to claim the bags, we could not open the lock with our secure code. The manager did try to help but sadly it was not successful. This is a traveller's nightmare.

Just 8mins walk from bullet train station.Very new hotel. The room is super clean and bright!!! Wifi, A/C & TV all working well.

Nice place for a short stay next to the railway station that also has plenty of shops nearby. Room was extremely clean and the staff was super helpful with a few issues that I had with my electronic devices - very good service overall, thanks!

The first time I went to Kaili was to go to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. Since I arrived by train in the evening, I searched for a hotel near Kaili South Station. I saw that this hotel had good reviews, so I booked a night first. Went in to see that the environment was okay, so we stayed another night.
