設施：有智能家電管家，電視是TCL的，可以一鍵打開B站和芒果TV，😋出門也能追劇，真的好爽！
衞生：今年剛剛裝好，一切全新！
環境：位於市中心地段，交通便利，距離凱里客運站衹有500米，周邊還有特色美食！
服務：前台和客房工作人員都非常熱情，有求必應，有問必答！
很推薦大家入住這裏~~

設施：有智能助手，但洗漱台水用多了就會漏，地板會搞得很濕，洗衣機和烘乾機就一台
衞生：還不錯
環境：還不錯，在市中心，地理位置很好，交通方便，走不遠就是商場，吃的店也很多，很熱鬧
服務：被子多要一床都沒有，衣架房間裏就兩個，多要幾個也沒給

房間是全新裝修的，很寬敞、整潔。房內是全屋智能，房間很乾凈，前台小姑娘和老闆服務態度都很好。總體很滿意。有一點小建議，洗漱台的下水管道在空曠的房間會有點響，如果用隔音棉包一下整個房間的質量會更好，還有就是酒店的電梯是舊的，建議貼一些有特色的貼紙這樣乘坐時更舒適，提升整個入住體驗，畢竟新酒店嘛😁。祝你們酒店越做越好，有機會去凱里還會入住😀。

這次入住凱巢大酒店的體驗真的超出預期！從踏入大堂開始，就能感受到工作人員的熱情，辦理入住時效率很高，還貼心地介紹了周邊的便利設施。房間特別乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一躺下去就卸去了旅途的疲憊。窗外的景色也很贊，晚上安靜不嘈雜，睡得格外香。衞生間乾濕分離做得好，熱水供應及時，洗漱用品的品質也不錯，細節處能看出用心。總之，無論是商務出行還是旅遊住宿，這裏都是絕佳選擇，已經把凱巢大酒店列入我的常住清單啦，強烈推薦給大家！

很好。前台小姐姐很熱情，打掃衞生的阿姨也很好，我們三個女生入住，頭天沒好意思問她們多要一次性拖鞋和牙刷，第二天我們也沒説，直接就給我們多加了一份
