We had arrived earlier than the check-in time. and left our bags at the reception. Ms Nok called a tuk-tuk for us when we said we wanted to go out and eat. When we returned, our luggage was already placed in our room. There was a small issue with the water heater which Ms Nok attended to very promptly. The service is excellent and friendly.
