I didn't check in.. When I wanted to check in at 5pm the hotel grill door was locked and there was no one at the registration counter. I tried to call the hotel many times from the contact number on the counter but there was no answer. I waited for an hour and then left.. 😡

When book price was rm60. And paid for it. Once reach hotel, receptionist asking for another rm38. And ask to claim back from apps provider. It’s was midnight and need chat with CS. And still don’t know when can get the refund. Room condition is not maintained well. Floor sticky. Shower pipe broken. Sink tab broken.
