extremely nice experience. not in a convenient location , some facilities are in process. but well served feel like being home. worth it. better save time to join the hotel experience tour.

Wonderful location to start, situated at the gates to the beautiful ******* highlands. The welcome by the team was professional and super friendly. It’s astonishing to find such a high standard of hospitality out here in the west. Thanks Aaron, Weng Mu and Chef He for making this a memorable stay.

The ladies are very kind and the brothers are very enthusiastic. I arrived last night. The warm Hada and considerate service. The room is quite ******* style. One room, one door, one lamp, one roof, one window, one curtain, one word, one painting, one meal, all show a different elegance. In the morning, I got up, felt the wind of Zanba, looked at the mountains of Zanba, and listened to the songs of Zanba. There are also wind horse paper given by the ladies and brothers. I will take it back to plant the seeds of spring again. I like Zanba and experienced another perfect journey with my baby.

The weather in May was very bad. It was raining and sunny at any time. It was really inconvenient to take the baby out. When I just checked into this hotel, I was a little worried whether this small hotel in a remote corner could operate normally, but I was relieved when I entered. Most of the service staff are Tibetans with bright smiles. Their simple smiles make people feel the charm of the ******* area. When the weather is bad, stay in the room and look at the vast grassland. The barley in May is still tender seedlings. There is no rolling wheat waves, but the mountains and meadows are enough to make people fascinated. The housekeeper Jiacuo and the four-year-old baby became academic friends. Uncle Jiacuo taught the baby to read the hotel map and count in Kangba *******. His enthusiasm was brilliant and unforgettable. The hotel facilities are really good. The central air conditioning and oxygen production can be combined and the system can be silent. The level of this hotel is quite high. In addition, the hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle, etc. are all high-end, the whole house is smart, and the Grammy vinyl record player is a plus. In the evening, I will send good night milk to the baby and help wash the car... It is always praised.

A stay experience that far exceeded expectations. I stayed in a Tibetan-style king-size bed room for three days. The hardware and software are better than most Ctrip Gold Diamond Hotels, especially the service. The front desk staff is really online 24 hours a day and responds super promptly. I won’t mention the surrounding beautiful scenery. You can reach many attractions easily and happily.

The facilities and equipment are excellent. The toiletries are also great! The service attitude is very good. It feels very nice to have such conditions in Tibet. Goodnight Brain Milk is great! The hotel meals are also recommended!

Before coming here, I saw people saying that Zamba is not good in this or that area. Today, I will share my experience of staying here. At 6pm, as soon as the car entered the yard, a young lady and a young man came out to offer Hada and help us carry our luggage. They let us sit in the lobby without having to stand at the counter. Three people served us to check in. Then they took us to the room, turned on the floor heating and oxygen. They also introduced all the functions of the room. Because I had some altitude sickness during the wedding photo shoot during the day, I had originally booked dinner. They kept delaying our meal until 9pm at the latest. There were so many people serving us that we felt embarrassed. Seeing that I was uncomfortable with altitude sickness, the store manager immediately replaced the tea for me and poured me the vegetable tea that the locals use to relieve altitude sickness. He also took me to the front desk to breathe oxygen. Seeing that I wanted to vomit, he opened a new pack of tissues and prepared garbage bags. He also brought me vegetable tea from the restaurant. After that, when I went back to the restaurant to eat, he kept asking about my physical condition. He kept providing us with help, sending us fruits, and immediately replaced the water with hot water when it was cold. So I decided to stay another night immediately (actually, I didn’t want to leave) The manager also upgraded our room type for the next day, and because it was late, he specifically told the front desk lady to prepare for the handover tomorrow. It was like a VIP. At first, I saw that the group purchase was cheap, so I booked it. The group purchase did not include breakfast, but the hotel also made a free breakfast reservation for us and delivered it to our door. I thought it was very good to stay at Kapok on my first day in Chengdu. I didn’t expect to have such considerate service in western Sichuan. I hope Zamba Mingjing can do better and better. The 55-square-meter room looks like it’s in the 70s or 80s. This bath is very comfortable at first glance. There is also a Dyson humidifier, a makeup mirror, and a vinyl Bluetooth record player. The room is really beautiful, a bit homely, you can see the mountains in the distance, it would be more beautiful if you come in summer. The bed and pillow are comfortable, clean, and the service is very thoughtful. Two small suggestions: 1. The water temperature of the hot spring is not enough, 40-41 degrees is more comfortable. 2. For two people staying together, they will give a good night snack, at least two portions, even two spoons.

The reception was super nice, and the check-in experience was the best of all the hotels I've stayed in. Even the luxury hotels in the city can't compare to it. The environmental protection concept adds a lot to the hotel brand!

Booked a room for a friend. My friend brought his wife and children. They were very satisfied 😊😊😊 I didn't expect to be able to stay in such a high-quality hotel in western Sichuan. There is Songtsen in Yunnan-Tibet and Zanba in Sichuan-Tibet. The rooms are bigger and the service is considerate. I stayed in Zanba when I was about to get altitude sickness. I felt refreshed and continued my journey the next day.

I rarely comment, but this time I want to recommend this one from the bottom of my heart. Everything is great! Super five stars! Especially the service. My child had altitude sickness, and everyone from the front desk to the guest room to the restaurant carefully asked about his condition. The room delivery was also great! The equipments are very advanced and complete, including Dyson hair dryer and humidifier, XGIMI projector, Guerlain bath set, vinyl record player, etc. The room has a large floor-to-ceiling window, beautiful and clean environment, delicious restaurant, and very good service. If I go to western Sichuan again, I will stay here again.
