"The worst thing about this place is parking. When I contacted them to confirm the charging station, I wasn't informed of the parking situation. As you can see in the picture, you can only back up to get in. It's narrow and sloped, and even with the most extreme maneuvering, there's barely enough space for two cars. If I'd been told about the poor parking situation ahead of time, I probably would have avoided this place. Don't come here at night; backing up doesn't necessarily mean a lot of time."

"I chose a smaller room, and it was incredibly comfortable. The service was very responsive. The room amenities were excellent, and the location was super convenient for getting around. It's close to the main road but cleverly avoids all the traffic noise. We were among the few guests, and on the second day, they even upgraded our room! Just a heads-up: it uses underfloor heating, so remember not to turn it off, especially in winter, even when you go out."

"Kangding Sengelangzan ｜ A safe and comfortable perfect stay ✨ The service is super warm: the front desk is warm and thoughtful, take the initiative to help with luggage, carefully explain the precautions of the plateau, there is a need to be on call, like family intimate, the whole experience is super comfortable. The environment is absolutely perfect: the log style is super charming, the courtyard is quiet and elegant, the snow-capped mountains and meadows are outside the window, the air is fresh, the view is wide, the night is quiet and not noisy, and the body and mind are relaxed. The facilities are super intimate: 24-hour free oxygen supply is too key, perfect to relieve high anti-uncomfort; the room is equipped with a portable kettle, you can drink hot water at any time, and the sense of security is full; the floor heating and humidifier are complete, and the plateau is dry. Hygienic super clean: the room is spotless, the bedding is soft and dry, the bathroom is dry and wet without odor, the details are in place, and the living is particularly assured. The whole is a treasure hotel with warm service, beautiful environment, complete facilities and good health. Free oxygen supply + portable kettle is too much. Traveling on the plateau is safe and comfortable. It is highly recommended!"

"This hotel is located in Baitukan, the hillside neighbourhood above the urban centre of Kangding and a great option if you are looking for small boutique-type accommodation in a quieter part of town with good views. You do need a bit of stamina to hike down and especially up the hill but it is good exercise with lovely views and otherwise a short taxi drive from town. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities for a great stay. The hotel is run by a friendly couple and customer service is good. I stayed here in the low season and breakfast was limited to a Chinese option."

"A superb stay experience. Our family of seven received a warm welcome from the owner and the staff. Another four people traveling with us booked a room after us, but unfortunately, Black Stone Hotel was already fully booked. It rained these past two days, but we could enjoy the beautiful scenery and delicious food right at the hotel. The diffused oxygen supply helped alleviate our altitude sickness. The elders played mahjong in the 103-year-old Tibetan-style building. My son's drone crashed in the grass some distance away, and the receptionist, Bam, ran a long way to retrieve it for us. An extremely satisfying hotel, I would recommend it to family and friends."
