"This glamping lodge in Xinduqiao completely shattered my preconceived notions of high-altitude camping! It's truly the perfect stopover on the journey into Tibet or for an immersive experience in Western Sichuan, and absolutely deserves a five-star rating! My first and foremost impression was the incredible cleanliness! I initially had reservations about the hygiene standards of high-altitude campsites or guesthouses, but this place was absolutely immaculate. Whether it was inside the tents or in the common areas, the floors, tables, and bedding were all meticulously arranged and tidy. The bedding was pristine and dry, exuding a fresh, sun-kissed scent. The shared but ample and private-feeling bathroom/wash area was also kept exceptionally clean, completely free of odors or standing water. To find such a fresh and spotless environment at this altitude instantly put me at ease and comfort. Secondly, the facilities were surprisingly comprehensive and well-appointed! I never imagined a glamping lodge at this altitude could be so thoroughly equipped: • Essential Safeguard - Oxygen Supply System: This was truly what impressed me the most! Their promise of 'ample oxygen' was no exaggeration! Each room came with a permanent oxygen supply system (not those small, flimsy portable cans); simply attach the nasal cannula, and you get a steady, abundant, and pure flow of oxygen. For first-time high-altitude travelers or those concerned about altitude sickness, it's an absolute lifesaver! This dramatically improved my sleep quality, eliminating any fear of waking up in the middle of the night with a headache. This feature alone completely justified the cost of the stay!"

"Great stay! The location is very convenient, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious. Everything felt new and well maintained. I’ve stayed at several Atour hotels in different cities, and this one is definitely my favorite so far. Highly recommended!"

"Facilities: The hotel boasts modern facilities like a diffused oxygen system and smart toilets. The entire place feels brand new, and I particularly liked the mirrors with defogging and edge lighting. (Though not strictly a facility, the black truffle fried rice at dinner was absolutely delicious and a personal highlight!) Cleanliness: Cleanliness was generally good. However, perhaps due to its riverside location, there were some flies in the room which took a bit of time to shoo out. Service: The service felt a step below what I'd typically expect from a five-star hotel, and certainly doesn't measure up to places like Zanba Mingjing. However, given the significant price difference, this is somewhat understandable. Specific incidents, such as no assistance with luggage when getting into the car, and a guest (myself) nearly being cut off by another vehicle in the parking lot without any staff managing traffic or offering an apology/assistance, were quite disappointing for a five-star establishment. Despite these points, the overall service was acceptable. My main suggestion would be for their WeChat communication to be a bit more personable and friendly – a few emojis and softer language would make a big difference, as the quality of service is often reflected in such subtle details of tone and wording. Ambiance: The surroundings are truly beautiful! Right outside the large floor-to-ceiling windows is a serene stream, complete with tadpoles and fish. The riverside stones are perfect for skipping, and the lawn is dotted with colorful flowers, including large patches of beautiful cosmos flowers. The only minor downside is that the area behind the building is quite barren, mostly just bare earth, limiting good photo opportunities to the riverside. Oh, and I must mention the blue lights in the water and green lights in the grass – they look awful! They completely clash with the natural wood aesthetic and warm yellow lighting. They were quite glaring at night, even making it hard to sleep, and instantly cheapen the overall ambiance. I have no idea whose design choice that was."

"The hotel is beautiful, with a great view from the room, we got upgraded to a better room :) The breakfast was perfect, and the staff helped us with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!"

"Definitely recommended. The landscape sorrounding the hotel is stunning and the view from the room was impressive. We could even see the stars directly from our room in the evening. We did a trekking from the hotel to Annui Temple, which is not too far away. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and everything was delicious. The personnel was also really helpful and kind. We would certainly come back and stay for more days."

"Nice hotel, rooms are great. The place is a bit hard to get to, especially by car. Parking is quite difficult and you need to navigate small streets to get there. Also, the rooms are 3 floors below the reception with no elevator, so if you carry big luggage, this may be inconvenient. Overall a good place."
