Very friendly restaurant staff, however, the staff at the front desk could be improved by eye contact. Breakfast is delicious!

A very nice and charming Hotel. And I was surprised about the room size. Unusual for Taiwan where you sometimes stay and sleep in shoe boxes, these rooms are really huge. And a log of plugs allover im the room. Okay, the bathroom was a bit old fashion, but therefore the water pressure was nice. So all in one this Hotel was the best so far what I have got in Taiwan in 2 weeks.

Super old United Kingdom style hotel from the 1970s . If you want to go back to 1970 to see England or Australia , back in time you can stay here. Honest , a hotel from Sydney in 1970 would look like this , everything is original. Would need huge money to upgrade the place. The street outside has many ******* from Vietnam and China late at night in front of the spa building waving to foreigners, it’s a very big party area

This hotel exceeded, by far, my expectations. It has a very affordable price with unlimited snacks and unlimited breakfast that was so delicious and healthy. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the hotel is very near the Kaohsiung MRT Station (Red Line). This hotel for me is highly recommended for comfort and ease in commuting within Kaohsiung.

Was very happy with the room I got. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. No problem to placed 4 big cargo bags in that room! The location is fantastic, it is just across the Kaohsiung main station, cannot be better than that. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast, maybe my expectation was high and what I got was not good enough. It was really very simple food, like what you get from your home kitchen. The coffee station were always not replenished with sufficient tea bag for example. Anyway, that not the highlight of this hotel so no big deal.

Very clean n comfy room but room abit small looks like just renovated slp well at night counter staff very polite and helpful the hotel breakfast is good n they provide 24hr coffee snacks n ice cream 7min walk to train station highly recommend

I love the location of CU Kaohsiung. It is near the TRA, MRT and some bus stations. Food spots may be a few mins walk. There were suggested night markets. The check out procedure is fast and easy with the kiosks. Less personal touch but reliable. I did not like that they did not provide extra pillows and extra coffee/tea. They did not clean our room on our second night. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the pictures show bath tub and bidet, the assigned room to us does not have a bath tub nor bidet.

The location is great, and the mattress is comfortable, but the soundproofing is lacking. 😂 There are only seven rooms on one floor, so it's tolerable; at least the noise isn't that loud. The lack of a power outlet near the bed is unacceptable. Breakfast is included, but you really have to be really hungry to appreciate it. I didn't check out the late-night snack hours. While the staff were almost nonexistent, the distance was what I liked. There's only one elevator, but it's fast and the wait time is minimal. The price is high, but the room is a bit small. I'd consider it again next time.

Most of the staff are nice and helpful. Great location with a snack bar and gym. Breakfast included. However, it needs to hugely upgrade its sound-proofing. The showers next door and upstairs were loud like those people were showering right on top of my head. The noise of their every putting up and resting the shower head was as clear and loud as if they are standing in front of me. I couldn’t fall asleep til everyone finished their showers after 2am. I lived on 2/F. I could hear the laundry on B1/F. If you work online where you needa keep your microphone on, no way. The busy scooters on the street would embarrass you. I tried to stay out of the windows but the showers next door was worse. It turned out that my online work was disturbed, leaving a bad impression to my colleagues and clients.

This hotel is about eight minutes' walk from Kaohsiung Main Station, which is very convenient. But there are not many restaurants nearby, fortunately there is 711. Because there are not many staff at night, it takes time to check in. The room is clean and a bucket of drinking water is provided. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock and is a simple Chinese breakfast. The best thing is that there are fruits available.
