Nice, clean and spacious apartment in the towncenter. Great place to stay and friendly staff to help you around. Also a nice and clean sauna that you can book via the reception and it is included in the price of the apartment. Next year we will be returning to an apartment with own private sauna.

A fresh, clean and modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The location is very central with easy access to restaurants, ski bus & supermarket. We couldn’t fault our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Very nice apartment hotel, combining well traditional and modern style, perfectly located in the center of the city. The chambers are relatively large, each one has a bathroom and the common area has everything that you might need, including kitchen pots and dishes. There are very nice restaurants all around, a supermarket just across the street and the slope within walking distance. There is also a storage room for skis and boots and parking places both outside and underground. So, a very good choice for a large family or too smaller ones that don’t necessarily need all the services of a hotel.

Fantastic standard of accommodation! Great location for gondola to Kitzeinhorn glacier and restaurants etc. supermarket across the road. Huge sunny terrace, 2 bedrooms both with en-suites, one with a private sauna! Perfect for after a day on the slopes. A large kitchen/diner/sitting room in between the bedrooms so plenty of space for a family. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Everything you could possibly want/need. Highly recommend!

This hotel is the perfect location for the whole Zell am see, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area. Kaprun itself is a beautiful small town with plenty of good restaurants. We come every year to Kaprun and this is our second stay in the Orgler, it is great value, the rooms are very good size, modern and clean. They also have nice balcony areas. There is also a large boot and ski store room. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are very friendly we will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful, well equipped apartments. Great home from home feel. We never used the on site restaurant as we were self catering. Facilities were excellent with plenty of room in the apartment. We were lucky to have a built in sauna and our apartment overlooked the river which was a lovely aspect. Location is excellent and very close to the Maiskogel ski lift and the ski bus stop should you want to visit Zell em See. Secure Ski room with heated boot racks. Supermarket opposite for supplies. Ladies in reception were very helpful and always welcomed us with a smile :) Kaprun is a lovely, quietish resort with fairly easy access to the glacier via maiskogel lift & Alpenparks is in a great location. We will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a sauna and everything was great with it. The location was central to everything and fully equipped for a family of 5. It was also lovely and quiet. There was a balcony out onto street with table and chairs.

Really modern, warm and clean apartment. Everything to hand and staff were very friendly. Nicely situated in centre of Kaprun and close to ski lift. We had a private sauna which was perfect after a day of skiing.
