Thoroughly enjoyed my 7 night stay at Kaktus Beach Apts.Loved the set up there with a balcony with stunning views across the waters.And Ada Beach a 6min walk down the hill.
Mustafa was incredibly kind and attentive and the other staff member very friendly and approachable.
Location is a km or 2 out of town which suited me perfectly with a lovely daily walk into town. The town is charming.I had booked a room with a kitchette which was great as I could cook for myself.The only thing about room number one is that is on the public thoroughfare for guests coming and going so little privacy.But I would highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast is recommended.It has a nice view from its terrace.Staff is very kind and friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy. The environment has everything that Kaş can offer. Local trees, mountains, cats, sun shine, and sea view. It is very near to the Büyük Çakıl Beach.

What a lovely place it is. Beautiful rooms, perfectly made with great details and service. Very close to the best Pebble beach in Kas. The owners truly care about the place. The manager Mustafa is very kind and has helped me and my kids on many occasions. We went to attend the wedding and fell in love with this place, because of the Kaktus hotel and its people .Thank you so much. We had to stay in a different place for a few days and it was a different matter. I highly recommend this hotel. Would love to come back again and stay longer. Thank you

The manager (Mustafa) is a very delicate, kind, sympathetic guy, as well as all the women in his team, maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of the apartment.
Mustafa himself came almost every day, asked what was missing, whether to change towels, soap accessories, treated us to pastries for breakfast (it was not included in our price), offered to contact him if you need a ride to the city (he has a motorcycle).
There is a washing machine and powder at general disposal, you can wash for free.
The location is convenient for those who chose proximity to the beach, and not to the city. 7-10 minutes walk to the beach, in the neighboring house there is a bike rental.
At the exit from Kaktus there is a small shop where you can buy fresh bread, eggs, water, milk, chips, chocolates, cat food. The place is soulful: in the morning roosters sing, mule (there is a mosque nearby, there is also a bus stop: every 2 hours there is a bus to the city, the cost is 22.5 lira for today's date. Mustafa will send the schedule to WhatsApp)
There is a veranda on the roof (where breakfasts are held) with a view of the sea, you can also spend time there. In the evening it is very beautiful, quiet and calm.

When we returned to Kas, after a 4-day trip along the coast, we didn’t even doubt our choice of hotel, we wanted to book here. But everything was booked. But we managed to book an apartment for one day. The hosts are very nice here. Always there or in touch, no need to run and search if you have any questions.
The apartments we were given were brand new, perfectly clean, with snow-white bed linen. There were a lot of dishes, there was a dishwasher, this is a big plus for those who cook their own breakfasts. From the balcony you can see the mountains and a little bit of the sea.
Wi-Fi works at any time of the day.
The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, but this is only a plus, especially if you are by car. There are no problems with parking like in the center. There is always a place for a car. There is a good beach nearby, which people walk to from the center, it’s about 6 minutes’ walk from here.
I definitely recommend this hotel with its beautiful and well-kept territory

Very comfortable stay and super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful terrace with a sea view which is the perfect spot to have breakfast, watch the sunset or even get some work done.
