"We booked this hotel through Jet2 Holidays. It is a nice hotel but really I don't think it was ready for guests and the pictures on line are I would say enhanced so its not quite as nice as described. We stayed in a standard roof room which to be honest was tired . It needed a paint and a refresh. The safe wasn't working , there was no QR code for the mini bar , no information about the hotel in the room. The deck area was broken as was the sun screen on the balcony. Sometimes it was cleaned sometimes it wasn't . It was all a bit hit and miss. The spa was not available although the prices list did appear at reception on the day we were going home. When we asked about it the waiter simply shrugged. All this a little disappointing, but the view is lovely and in honesty we only slept in our room. It was a good size . Breakfast is served outside . The first day it was a buffet breakfast but was very limited , from then on we had a Turkish breakfast service to the table which was very nice but no juice is served and the fruit offering is very limited. We spent some time down on the deck by the sea but again it was bit help yourself, we asked for umbrella one day and then put them away and got them again the next day as no service was provided by the sea. The beach bar was out of use and a bit scruffy , There were no offers of drinks etc. We ate lunch at the hotel on the first day and were shocked that we were charged nearly £70 for a shared salad and calamari with 2 glasses of wine. Similarly we were shocked to find that 2 coffees came to £18.00. Suffice to say we did not eat or consume any drinks at the hotel. For lunch we went across the road to Riva and had a lovely lunch with 2 glasses of wine for the same cost of 2 coffees. You eat in the garden area over looking the sea it is very pleasant. I think the hotel really need to look at their prices as you feel like you are being ripped off. The hotel is well located for Kas. Reception staff will order a taxi which takes about 5 minutes to get into town. The town is lovely, very traditional and packed with lots of bars and restaurants all serving great food. We took the ferry one day over to Greece to a tiny island with a population of 300. The ferry only takes about 25 minutes and we had a lovely day. We also took a boat trip from the harbour to the sunken city with lots of stops for swims . I would definitely recommend it. We would return to Kas but would try a different hotel next time."

"The hostel is located in a rather remote area on a peninsula, requiring a minibus ride from town. However, the scenery there is absolutely stunning; you can enjoy breakfast while gazing at the sea every morning. The entire peninsula is also incredibly beautiful, perfect for leisurely strolls and tranquility. Their breakfast is exceptionally plentiful, even better than many high-end hotels. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked with a wide variety of condiments."

"The biggest problem with this hotel is that it's not worth the price, nearly 1600 RMB. The hotel is located on a small island, and the road is difficult to navigate. The waves were extremely high at night, and I barely slept a wink. I asked many other guests in the morning, and they all had terrible sleep. The noise from the waves at night was terrifying, enough to scare you to death; the waves were crashing against your doors and windows. Not getting enough rest directly affected my subsequent road trip. Traveling during the off-season, the hotel's amenities were very poor, definitely not worth the price. It's worlds apart from the Akara Hotel in Antalya. The breakfast was also deserted. Most of the guests were Chinese tourists, probably drawn by reviews. The bed smelled musty. Therefore, I'm writing a very objective review."

"Everything was great, except for the cleaning. I submitted my request for the bed linen to be changed several times, but of course, they didn't change anything. The same stain was always there until I went to reception, and they finally cleaned the ashtray, but I still have serious issues with the cleaning. Overall, the room was very nice, only the bed was small. The bed was comfortable, but I think the price was too high. The breakfasts are especially noteworthy; everything you need is there. The Turkish breakfast is excellent, and you can also ask for a fried egg, an omelet, or whatever you prefer."

"This property is about 3-4 blocks from the beach. The prices are very good and the service is excellent. I gave the room a 4 as I'm a bigger guy and find the showers a little cramped, but other than that, it's great value for your money. Not sure why, but the bar looks stocked, but couldn't buy a beer to sit by the pool. I think it may be the time of year."

"October 2024. Small suite with a view. The hotel is small, the territory is very green. Clean. Its own beach area: a platform with 2 descents, a pontoon in the sea - convenient for diving. Restaurant - on the beach: breakfasts, dinners by the sea - it's magical! Breakfast - buffet: the set is not big, but exclusively what everyone eats for breakfast: omelet, eggs, cheeses, vegetables, olives, herbs, waffles, cereal, yogurt. Everything is delicious. The waiters rustle. There is no feeling of a canteen. All day you can order food from the menu (in Russian). The prices are not much higher than Porridge, but the portions are huge - you can safely have one for two. But the best thing is the beach area !!! Beach towels are given out in any quantity. You don't want to leave! In October, the sea is warm, there are not many people, but not empty either. Comfortable. The service is felt - the staff is courteous. You can get to Porridge by minibus from the main road. I highly recommend the hotel!"

We had a private access into the sea and our stay in April was perfect timing, it was quiet with great weather. Our room was large and clean with an amazing sea view. "This hotel has a great location and a beach area, it is located in a quiet and very beautiful place full of olive trees. The rooms are really nice at least they seem to be. The air conditioner works terribly bed or you are freezing or suffocating. The curtains don’t cover all of the panoramic windows and the light comes in the room. But the biggest disappointment is the bathroom! The toilet is so close to the wall so every time you sit you can’t help hurting yourself of the toilet paper holder and the toilet itself is leaking!!! The drains in the shower and in the sink both work really bad, in twenty seconds they both become full of water that doesn’t cone out. The towel hanger is broken so it is absent. And the bathroom is also full of ants and other insects. There are some insects in the room as well. I really disappointed that the hotel management doesn’t try to repair such simple things and doesn’t care about the proper room (especially bathroom) cleaning and anti-insects treatment. We’ve just arrived today and have spent a lot if time in town, the receptionist promised to look for another room for us tomorrow as today all of them are occupied. So I looking forward to changing the room tomorrow, I hope it will change my opinion about the hotel. Besides tomorrow is my husband’s birthday, I wanted to be in a nice comfortable place with my family, not in the leaking toilet with no drained shower situation. "

"The hotel is located at the end of the peninsula. Minibuses run every 30 minutes from the center of Kas to the hotel. It's an 8-minute walk from the bus stop. The hotel has cozy grounds and is well-maintained. There are standard rooms and hostel-style rooms available. There's a rooftop pool, and a DJ plays until 10 PM in the evenings. There's also a bar with snacks, and the prices are reasonable. A delicious breakfast is served on the rooftop in the morning. There's a shared kitchen and common room. I stayed one night in a 10-person female dorm. All beds have curtains. Each bed has a locker that you can lock with your own padlock, if you have one. The hotel is affordable. I recommend it."

"I'm so sorry that such a beautiful hotel has such poor service. It's incredibly inconvenient to get downstairs with suitcases, there are no signs, making it impossible to find the hotel entrance at night, the reception staff is incredibly aggressive and rude, and the breakfast is very meager. It's truly a shame to look at such a beautiful location, such a beautiful interior, such beautiful views from the room, and be treated so disrespectfully. The most frustrating thing is that when you try to report management's mistakes to management, no one cares. I would have come to this hotel, at most, to take photos of the view and then go sleep somewhere else. I hope the hotel management will take note and correct the mistakes.
