Self service coffee machine not working at breakfast. electromagnetic door lock not working upon checking in. It took us over an hour to check in and settle in. Assigned rooms on separate floors for a single booking and when I request same floor they downgraded my room to a garden view without explaining the room availability. There was no apology received from the rude and racist receptionist. She even threatens to cancel my reservation. I have never experienced anything like this throughout my travel in turkey.

Hotel is beautiful. The location is very nice. We felt like the sheets pillows did not smell fresh and were not up to par. Everything else was great.

В целом хороший отель. Дружелюбный персонал. Но Номера не кажутся такими новыми, как на фото при бронировании. Шатл ходит на соседний пляж. Нам это понравилось. Завтраки вкусные. Бассейн чистый. Вид красивый

Отличный отель, все как на фото, самый стильный на полуострове. Номер нам достался не большой но стильный и удобный, есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха.
Персонал в отеле очень услужлив.
Завтраки хорошие, голодными не останетесь.
Ужинали в ресторане, меню и выбранные блюда не впечатлили, есть над чем работать.
На территории большой бассейн и комфортные лежаки, есть свой пляж но до него идти не близко но есть шатл.
В целом остались довольны пребывание, рекомендую!

這家酒店是我們目前住過房內設施最好的，有私人泳池，不好的就是海灘需要坐他們的穿梭車過去或則自駕大概3分鐘到達。這家酒店衹有一個公共泳池和餐廳，可以看日落，但是沒有自己的沙灘感覺害怕差一點感覺，他們的海灘是三家酒店共用的，不過日落也是非常美。旁邊有一家本地人都很愛去吃的本土餐廳，走路2分鐘，就在酒店背後，經常需要提前預約，推薦。

В целом отель понравился, но при этом очень странно выглядит номер люкс.
В номере установлена кухня, есть варочная панель, холодильник, кухонная мойка. Все говорит о том, что можно самостоятельно готовить и мы на это очень рассчитывали.
Но при этом варочная панель не работает, кухонных принадлежностей в номере нет.
На просьбу администрации предоставить сковородку, кастрюлю и другие принадлежности, получили отказ.

Проживание в Radisson Blu Hotel в Каше оказалось настоящим разочарованием. Мы заранее бронировали номер с видом на море, но по факту нас поселили в комнату с видом на кусты и мусорные баки! Такое несоответствие ожиданиям сразу же вызвало возмущение, и мы обратились на ресепшен с просьбой решить проблему. Вместо того чтобы предложить адекватное решение, нам предложили переселиться в номер с видом на море только за дополнительную плату в 50 долларов. Это при том, что стоимость проживания и так составляла 20 тысяч рублей за сутки. Такое отношение к клиентам и откровенно жадный подход просто недопустимы для отеля, который позиционирует себя как 4-5 звёздочный.
Мы оказались в сложной ситуации: отказаться от заселения было невозможно, так как в разгар сезона найти альтернативу практически нереально, и мы могли попросту остаться на улице. Персонал был абсолютно равнодушен и не проявил никакой заинтересованности в помощи, явно предпочитая заработать на гостях, а не решить проблему. Отель абсолютно не стоит своих денег, и его работа оставляет исключительно негативное впечатление.
Впредь этим сервисом пользоваться не будем и будем рекомендовать всем знакомым избегать как этот отель, так и TRIP.COM, чтобы не оказаться в аналогичной неприятной ситуации. Фото того, что нам "предлагалось" вместо обещанного вида на море, прилагаем.
