It’s more like abnb instead of hotel with sea view. There is a sunbathing area with entrance fee apply. It’s only takes 10 minutes drive to nearby restaurants.

Ожидания от отеля были больше. Расположение хорошее, до пляжа недалеко. Пляж небольшой, но чистый и красивый. Если хотите просто поплавать - это бесплатно. Лежаки платные, места мало.
Номер. Холодно, очень мало места, сам управляющий прошелся до кровати в обуви, что бы включить свет. Тапок не было. В микротуалет дверь открывалась во внутрь. Чайник пластмассовый (см.фото).
Завтрак. Шведский стол. Скромный. Масло было испорчено (100% не правильно хранили, срок годности в норме), сообщили управляющему, он сказал, что это просто такое плохое качество у масла. Тут возникает вопрос, если вы знаете, что масло плохое, зачем вы им кормите гостей?

Всё понравилось в этом отеле. Вид на море, тихое место, чистый номер, да скромный но это неважно. Однако этот отель подойдёт для тех кто на авто, либо не особо хочет ходить на общественный пляж, туда идти по местным перепадам очень сложно. На самокатах тоже не вариант. Есть вариант либо бассейн, либо напротив море без пляжной зоны , просто вход в воду с лестницы и платные лежаки. Много водных развлечений прямо напротив отеля.

Хорошее месторасположение если на машине, парковочных мест достаточно,есть рядом пляж. Завтрак однообразный ,нам было достаточно. Шикарный вид из номера , всё новое в исправном состоянии. Единственное не очень удобно расположена душевая комната,рядом с кроватью.

The hotel is very close to the beach—just a one-minute walk away. The beach is fantastic and exceptionally clean. The hotel is in a great location in Kalkan, Kaş, Antalya. Everything was spotless, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
Many thanks to the property managers, Mr. Ömer and Mr. Enes—they were very helpful and kind. We also extend our sincere thanks to the service manager, Mr. Adil, and his assistant for their excellent service.
We will definitely return to Kuluhana Hotel next time. The open buffet breakfast was also wonderful—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.
