The mattress was as hard a rock, the air-conditioning didn't work properly and maintained the room temperature at 24 degrees, you had to pay for the pool and gym, the breakfast was not worth having, you had to pay extra for anything such as a late, and the people in reception didn't care when we advised that the aircon didn't work properly - They just told us how to use it

Επειδή εμένα με αρέσει το περπάτημα , το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε μια ήρεμη περιοχή με άνετο πάρκινγκ και απέχει περίπου 1.500 μέτρα από το κέντρο της Καστοριάς . Το μεγαλύτερο μέρος της διαδρομής είναι δίπλα στην λίμνη. Εάν και ο καιρός βοηθήσει σίγουρα θα το απολαύσετε .

καλό και ζεστό ξενοδοχείο με καλό πρωινό. μεγάλοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι με τζάκι πολυ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, πολύ ωραία και μεγάλα δωμάτια .Εχει εσωτερική πισίνα ,χαμάμ, 2 σάουνες, μασαζ ολα με έξτρα χρέωση.Καλη τοποθεσία.Γενικα πολύ καλό

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμμα, μείναμε στο Esperos Luxury spa στη Χλόη Καστοριάς. Πεντακάθαρο, άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, τιμές λογικές και αισθητικά ο χώρος αξιοπρεπέστατος. Στο spa όλα ήταν τέλεια!!! Συγχαρητήρια και στον επιχειρηματία και στο προσωπικό!!!

Μειναμε με τον συζυγο μου , στο ξενοδοχειο Esperos luxury palace , τον οκτωβριο 2022 για 4 μερες, πολυ ευχαριστη διαμονη, αψογη εξυπηρετηση, πλουσιο πρωινο, φιλικοτατοι οι ανθρωποι που δουλευουν εκει! το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα!! θα το ξανα επελεγα σιγουρα

Επίσκεψη με μόνο κριτήριο την πισίνα η οποία τελικά δεν δούλευε!!! ενώ στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία μας ενημέρωσαν πως λειτουργούσε!!! Ακόμα και στην περίπτωση που λειτουργούσε η πισίνα μας ενημέρωσαν στην ρεσεψιόν πως δεν θα μπορούσαμε να την επισκεφθούμε με παιδί το απόγευμα παρά μόνο το πρωί!!! Λάθος επιλογή! Απόκρυψη πληροφοριών και επίσης κακό συντηρημένο δωμάτιο και λοιποί χώροι!!! Ποτέ ξανά!

Πολύ κομψό τόσο εξωτερικά όσο και εσωτερικά! Το δωμάτιο που μείναμε ήταν πολύ άνετο, καθαρό και έβγαζε μια οικειότητα! Η θέα είναι μαγευτική! Όλη η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ καλή! Μπράβο σε όλους! Ήρθαμε για δουλειά στην πόλη και καταφέραμε όχι μόνο να ξεκουραστούμε, αλλά να θέλουμε να μείνουμε παραπάνω!
