日本語が通じるスタッフはいませんでした。
trip.comの予約が確認できず、アプリの画面を見せたところ、どこかに電話していました。結局、小一時間待たされ、案内された部屋は鍵の壊れた部屋。他にも空いている部屋があるのに、なぜその部屋を案内したか不思議です。多分、英語が下手だから足元を見られたのでしょう。当然、部屋は代えてもらいましたが、ここでも電話して小一時間待たされました。
アメニティは値段相当。期待していなかったので感想なし。オーナーらしき人（日本語はNG）翌朝、ポカラ行きのバスに乗るため6時15分にはチェックアウトするので朝食は駄目ですかと確認したところ、6時に食べれるようにするよと快諾して頂く。
翌朝、チェックイン時に対応した若いスタッフが6時から朝食を作り始める。6時20分くらいに提供されたため、お手製サンドイッチにして、食べながらチェックアウト。すると、予約の確認が取れないので、料金を払えと請求される。昨日、予約の確認がとれたから部屋の案内をしたのではと聞くと、払えの一点張り。バスの時間があるので、料金を払ったが、レシートもなし。レシートの交渉をする時間もなかったので、そのままホテルを出ました。ポカラ行きのバスには、タクシーで、間に合いました。
オーナー（らしき人）は良い方ですが、若いスタッフは対応が悪くイライラします。オーナー（らしき人）には、夜に、屋上で、BBQをご馳走していただきました。ありがとうございました。
